You can find a copy in "The Greedy Gut" tavern in Orsinium. On a counter in the lower level.
There is also a copy of "Letter to Baloth Bloodtusk".

The moon sugar (2 of them) you get when you get a specific delve daily quest from vvardenfell (hall of justice quest giver)

Nice!! I thought I had to get through the locked gate to get to them, based on the map.

And Qyrk, I'm aware, I just noted those down as "can get but need daily for". I took a bit of a hiatus so I hadn't been doing dailies in Vvardenfell for months. I originally did that daily before they fixed the lore.

-Snowmead's Missives (as mentioned several times above)
-Pierced Notes (house in Balmora where the book should be isn't accessable after quest, no alternate location detected)
-Arowende's Diary Pages 23 and 26 (should be in Vvardenfell in Zalkun-Sul Egg Mine, but a part of that dungeon is not accessable anymore after quest)
-Captain's Notes (is on Firemoth Island, at moment it seems as if only new created chars can collect that, because Firemoth Island is not accessable otherwise, tried to swim to the island with speed buff and in tank equip with 35k life -> no chance, slaughterfishes will get you)

You can access Firemoth Island using the ship in Seyda Neen after doing the quest there.

Theres a back entrance to the cave, mentioned in a post in this thread somewhere. Just google Zalkun-Sul Egg Mine back entrance and you'll find a pic

Also props to ZOS for finally fixing most of the eidetic memory issues. Now get off your butts and fix the few that remain!

I've been posting here a lot lately because I just found this thread.

Is anyone keeping the spreadsheet up-to-date and notifying ZOS of the books which are still missing?

"No Reason to Worry" in Hazak's Hollow in Khenarthi's Roost is another one not on the spreadsheet and apparently unobtainable after the quest.

I am the one who does the spreadsheet, but ZoS doesn't fix books between major updates. I visit this thread as often as I can. Not all books reported here are bugged necessarily, but simply cannot be found by the person looking until others point them in the right direction.

What I normally do is add books to the Seeking! tab until I can check on them (or someone else in the thread posts where they are). If they are truly bugged/inaccessible they are moved to the Master tab.

I encourage everyone to report bugged books via the in-game bug tool! I try to do the whole list once a week.

I have just been searching for "On Orcs and the Afterlife" which is in the Rectory of the Temple of Ire in Orsinium. This is another of those locations which is inaccessible after the quest is finished. There is an alternate location south of Orsinium, but it is inaccessible also. I saw a reference on the web to a back entrance to the Rectory, but I can't find it. Does anyone have any help for me?

Edit: Actually, the one south of the city is in the temple library which is inaccessible also.

I dont found this book....hall of the dead in eastmarch.



I dont know what happens, i see a book, it allways has the name "beware of the giants" or something like this and this info i got on all books inside this dungeon.
I deactivate all addons, start the game new and it happens all the time.

Eidetic Memory

Books found in the Lion's Den and Halls of the Dead will now be easier to interact with and read.
Note: This fixes the issue where you would see “Giant Warning” in place of books you were attempting to read.

This info I take from the latest patch notes.



EDIT 2:
OK, error is fixed, I can take the book without any problems.

Could anyone help me find "letter to sonya" and "soggy note" from letters and missives. These seem to be the only two books I don't have.
