Emeric's Judgment i found a while ago, Exodus of the Druids and The Tempest and the Sunflower i saw today in bookshelves. One in Castle Mornard (first on the right when u come in), one in the Dungeons of Castle Tonnere (around half a dozen Bookshelves there, good source. Entrance in a cave on the west/seaside.)

✭✭✭Hello everyone. I have a character I’ve played for years and am just now getting around to completing the Eidetic books since reading this thread.
One book I have not been able to find and I cannot find any reference to any problem with it here or anywhere on the internet. It’s “Confessions of a Khajiit Fur Trader”. According to UESP, it is in Mephala’s Nest in Stonefalls. I cannot see it there on my main character or even on a brand new character that I visited the delve for the first time. I searched in the area around the delve but didn’t see anything there either. There was one quest that sent you to the delve and my main character has done it, it is The Missing Prophesy”. So if it was only available during the quest and I didn’t read it, then I have a problem. I know of no post-quest location for it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's right outside the delve entrance, if it's the book I'm thinking of.@Djennku, PCNA.

It's right outside the delve entrance, if it's the book I'm thinking of.
I checked there, and I checked the tents just below the area too. Nothing.

You can find it in bookshelves all over Tamriel.
That would be a super bad long rng for me then. This toon has the bulk of the 13000 or so playable hours I have in ESO.

I would guess, the entry in UESP is because this book once was found in one of the bookshelves in Mephala's Nest. There are around a dozen of them (mostly in the bigger chamber in the north).katanagirl1 wrote: »[...]

Add-on speaks only of "bookshelves all over Tamriel", like IdolaDeus stated. So personaly i would check the bookshelves in Mephala's Nest daylie. It's a better chance for to cheat the rng-thingy a bit. Maybe. Wish u good luck.

I did this on an alt and although you can get inside, the book is not visible if you have already done the quest. It appears as part of the quest for the other person, but not if you have completed the quest.

Djennku✭✭✭✭✭Also, there's an ongoing theme where people are grouped up on a non-repeatable quest, and the group member picks up the lore books, they disappear from the overland for the player because their groupmate picked it up, and they finished the quest and turned it in without ever being able to read said books they should have been able to collect because it became unavailable to them, and them not even realizing something went wrong in the first place.
Their eidetic memory then becomes permanently incomplete due to this issue (like mine is at the moment), which is a nightmare for collectors, and hopefully, this issue gets sent to the devs so they can work out any fixes.
Maybe simply placing a permanent overland copy in the world outside of said quests regardless if the quest has already been finished prior (this has been the issue with my bugged book in the past, and others), or something else entirely to prevent future issues with people grouping for quests.
I personally have zero experience with programming, or the ease or difficulty of doing anything like this, but as of now, I'd just like to make the devs aware of this ongoing issue so they can work on resolving it as and when.

"The Index" is the entrance/foyer room of the Infinite Archive. The books you unlock in the random rooms inside it re-appear on the pedestals on/near the center "island" within it.
(Note: apparently per character)

Journal of justicuar avanaire require you to read a book before it appears. I'm still figuring out which.
Blackscale island is right outside the delve.
Communications is in the main central room of Kimmel-ze by the door to the quest boss.
Order of the abbot is on a very obvious signpost in front of the necropolis in the middle of Necrom outside the door.
The three books are found on bookshelf platforms in the hall of secrets/last room of the Ravening Morass building. They are all scrolls and easy to spot.
All bugged books accounted for and readable.
I am still missing the following books. I have completed all of the quests and do not have them in eidetic memory. Absolutely none of them are at the locations described above.
Closed by the Order of the Abbot - no sign post or readable in front of the necropolis outside of the door.
Communications Between Nilphas and Thoryn - No readable near any of the doors in the middle room, or anywhere else
Ilasaba's Excuses - all of the bookshelf platforms are empty
Onri Murrien's Hidden Wishes - all of the bookshelf platforms are empty
