Cheat Engine. Terrible for the game and very shameful.

Oh yeah... Ok... You know, that reminds me.... I was running around BWB yesterday (and granted, I was on my super squishy templar healer) and was ganked by two NB out of stealth. I went from 100% to dead in 3 seconds. No ults used. I thought I was back in the old CP era of BWB... Now, I'm not saying the C word here, there are some really good players who can burst DPS.... but 3 seconds? I mean, 3 seconds.... I brought up my combat log to verify...

damn, yeah ive been worried about being reported since the witchhunt began ... ookami has some pretty good sustain due to tankyness and always nervous when playing him now... even though im def killable... quite a few people can vouch for that ... though a good chunk of the time it takes more than 1 person to kill him ... i refuse to EVER dl OR use that which shall not be named ... i will say though... that out of everyone i have fought in BwB it does not appear that that is being used there... to my knowledge... so yet another thing that makes BwB great

With CE the thing I'm most concerned about is how folks can manipulate small values. People that do silly stuff like unlimited ultimate are noticed pretty quickly, but other things are a lot easier to coast under the radar. Let's say you basically reinstate 501 CP? I was talking to a guild member last night about how there were people that he played against when people like me had near max CP. I could hit him 25% harder while having 25% more resources, and take 25% less damage - rounding of course because that's just saying I popped 100% into mighty, etc. The scary application of CE isn't to give yourself drastic improvements, but maybe just make it like you have CP again, or make yourself run a little faster.

All this said, I think that BwB is a really pure environment. I've only come up on two people ever that I think are using something to modify in-game values. I really admire the fact that out of the hundreds of folks I've fought in our little rinky *** community that there are only two of them that I'd even question.

I really hope that the CE debacle hasn't turned you off to BwB, @Stridig . If anything, it should renew interest!

Plus, vet PvP is boring. Azura's has worse players than BwB and CP campaigns are stupid because you have unlimited resources if you're at max CP so you basically just stack damage and armor penetration (which is its own issue) and experience a general lack of build variety when compared to BwB.

@adenoma, it's people like you that will keep me coming back. And guildies like Wolf. I think I have just been in a rut from all the negativity surrounding the game as a whole. Also, having to gear up all my new CP 160's has caused some depression. Lol. Thanks for keeping me grounded and reminding me of the unique community we have in BWB.

I'm too cheap to gear up my CP160s. I delete all the guys that aren't former emps and then stop playing the former emps. They're just rocking purple CP150 gear now!

Ha! My first vet (DC NB) has retired from the war, became a traitor and is now crafting gear and potions for EP!

Let me preface this by saying, I'm a noob to ESO pvp, and wouldn't know a cheat if it slapped me, most likely. That said, I was an admin on a COD4 server for several years in my previous gaming addiction, and @Adenoma had it exactly right, the big cheats are easy to see; aimbot, wallhack, pffft, banned. The guy who tones it down, doesn't take every easy shot his cheat gives him, or worse, alters a weapon's firerate or damage - just a little, just enough that you know something's off but can't catch him at it...they ruin it for everyone.

@W0lf_z13 , I've got the gold - I'd rather spend it on something I play! Nonvet sets for days - I already decided I'm spending all of mucinous cystadenoma and pituitary adenoma's AP on Cyrodiil vendor sets. Gotta stock up on a couple benchmark levels of gear so that I can make some weird and wonky builds!

And @Sreja_Bone , spend more time fighting us! All of the AD are a pretty fun bunch - at least those in wedding dresses

Just recently I have not really been PvPing like I normally do. I log in and see DC has 3 bars and then will go get some skyshards for while. On the other hand, I am really enjoying being in smaller groups. Maybe because I am with @W0lf_z13 most the time but it has been fun.

I've always been a big Nightblade fan, didn't think I could live without cloak. Now, I don't know if I ever want to stop being a templar. I think I'm doing pretty good. Yes the good players will kill me but don't under estimate me because I've been taking down allot of players.

This morning I decided to go and Solo Sej ( I think you know how that went ). I get there pop up 3 sieges and 2 AD got me from behind. I went back and an EP was there. Don't know what level he was but I thought he was fairly good, but not good as me Killed him 4 times. The last time he almost had me with his alt but I made it out alive. I almost had the the wall down and a few DC came to back me up. I broke the wall, and 6 EP come rushing out and killed us. That sucked, I guess the guy I killed called for backup. I hope he said something like this in zone chat "OP Emily is at Sej, we need everyone there NOW!".

I don't know why but for some reason I have been wanting to play in IC, maybe we should start promoting IC for BwB? I think it would be fun. I've only been there a few times, not sure even if anyone goes there in BwB.

Sorry for the late reply. I'm just now getting a chance to lol. My Stam nb can burst someone in less than 3 seconds if the target is not blocking or doesn't break cc in time. Even tanks have trouble because I get about 8k arm pen debuff(or something like that. I know it's 10k armor debuff in vet). Anything below 25k health will die instantly and it's quite fun. It's all animation cancelling so I get called the "H" word 90% of the time but rest assured it's just me button mashing.

Also, if you don't know who Zergbad is, you should try looking him up twitch or youtube. It seems everybody wants to copy his build lately. It's basically just the alchemists set with heavy bow shot from stealth, ambush and surprise attack. The bow shot alone can hit up to 20k. It's kinda lame but easy to counter if you have fast reactions.

On another note, are CEs really a thing now in eso? That seems like something zos should have patched asap.

Yeah, pretty sure they were legit, and there were 2 of them wacking on me... I gotta git gud! Now if only rl would cooperate....
