Played on EP a little tonight and DC outnumbered EP like 5 to 1. Didn't get see how many people AD had though, as they were pushed back pretty far south lol.

Ah , ty for the reply, didn't get a chance to do any PvPing last night ( was mat farming cause apparently im 6 lvls out of my gear and i usually go 4 or 5 max before re-gearing )

I don't know if I've said it before in here, but I think AD really has a leadership power vacuum. We have a bunch of really capable guilds that are sometimes running, but we're lagging a bit in the zerg wrangling department. For example, I took a 7 man group and took Nikel, Ash, and Bleakers to cut off Chalman for EP to help with the dethrone, but AD at two bars pop could barely put up 7-8 siege on Roe.

This isn't to malign AD or anyone that's been trying to lead, but since Melnibonian left and COA dissolved, there hasn't really been a consistent organized group that's willing to pick up every LFG they see. As much as I'm afraid to endorse dying on Sej's porch repeatedly, they would eventually take it. I'll say it takes a lot more patience than what I have to PUG wrangle, and I'm not envious of the brave soul that steps up to do it.

yeah .. pug wrangling is a pain in the @ss ... when i do run with PUGz of Daggerfall and we take on pugs a lot ( not all ) just want to be in a group and do their own thing and have back up to be behind them instead of following what the crown says to do ...

BYTE has been taking a bit of a break. Or, I have taken a break from leading. I think it was last Saturday all of ad turtled inside Alessia watching all of our home keeps getting taken all of our Scrolls get taken. Defending Alissia when the emp has vetted out was just stupid. It takes a lot more than just grabbing all the people in the zone chat that are looking for a group to win a campaign. It requires the group's working together. Coordination has gone out the window. There is a lot of selfish play going on, when you here someone cheering the ap they got or complaining that they had to split there ap with others who helped take out enemy, instead of cheering because of a keep take or save.

The Disenfranchised (Tag ZZ and sister guild The Unloved Tag YY) do run TS groups, and whisper to pugs, though we have been taking mostly guild members lately (we have a pretty consistent contingent of Aussies who run from the 8pm - 4am PST time slot and I have no idea what their makeup is! I've always said this, even back when EP was the big Zerg, AD is the most coordinated alliance. The things that you guys do are the things I want to do, but most the time people will ignore what I say or say something like "oh that is to far to travel".

Just the other night you you guys flagged all our keeps. I could only look at the map and think gosh how many times have I wanted to do that.

DC has some good players and some dedicated players, but they don't have the coordination like AD.

@Valen_Byte , you gave me a reality check right now, and it was cathartic. Lately, with the sort of power vacuum and high DC numbers with low AD coordination we've run most of our guild groups on circle-jerky AP farms. I think @DeadlyRecluse would agree with me when I say that I am 100% up for coordinating AD zone again. Historically, you've definitely been the most capable leader to do that and we've very much enjoyed working with you.

Right now it's been pretty frustrating. We'll take a guild group of 5-7 people and take Nikel to make Roe vulnerable or flag Glademist to keep Ash/Aleswell as good opportunities. We'll hold those points like hell and cut reinforcements to the best of our abilities, but it's been awful to watch any other AD fail to capitalize on our efforts. I think to an extent, that's put a bad taste in my mouth for many of the new, very loose fledgling AD zone guilds (gank zerg, et al).

AP's basically free right now with the new AP changes, so you're right that it's unreasonable that we aren't moving map with you guys. We've got some absurd and silly evening plans tonight, but we're 100% ready to unseat this DC mid-morning cap emperor.

I dunno what AD is like now or what leaders still exist but back just before TG dropped and then just after, there was entirely to much selfish, to much stupid and to much ego in AD BWB. Now I stopped playing shortly after TG dropped and have only recently returned about a week ago and rolled DC. Here's what I found so far. There is almost always someone willing to lead a group of us silly pugs. Most leaders I see in zone chat are helpful as opposed to being full of themselves. There seems to be a spirit of cooperation in DC that AD simply did not have. Take all this for what it is. My opinion. But there could be some fundamental truths in my opinion that directly relate to the state of AD atm.
