for those stuck at work as i am... just got word from my friends that are home that attribute points and cp's have been reset - correction... her screw up... attribute points were NOT reset ... just CP's were fully reset

Here's a confirming image of V16 gear: I've got one piece Kena on my shoulder, one piece Bloodspawn on my head. All with me as sitting emp. Unfortunately, I think the unscheduled maintenance immediately after has ended my reign.

What was the character name, by chance? If it was Vrathak the impenetrable...your attacks aren't going to move his health. But there may be an argonian Night Blade healer creeping around, too : )

@WOLF_z13 Would ask the name if you caught it, but rules. I've seen an EP DK whose name seemed to mean you shouldn't chase him run around for 4 or 5 minutes with about 8 people beating on him. Hits like that wet noodle you spoke of, though, so we (the ones who said this is crazy and just watched the others chase him, wondering how the hell) figured he was deep into health, regen stacking. Looked like a Nord to boot.
Makes a great distraction, though. While we were all fighting/watching him 6 other EP tried to slip by and hit Sej, no one would have noticed but for a guy coming back from turning in a bounty. Kind of embarrassing really.

Health regen tanks are really fun and effective for group play. It takes quite a few people to take them down and can play a huge part in tackling a zerg so that the rest of your group can roll over everyone without the hazard of getting CC'd themselves. The only problem is that the more tank you wanna go, the less damage you can do but even trying to split even is obsolete nowadays so you might as well build full tank with all CC.

I had a nord regen build a few months ago and I enjoyed it very much. 2k regeneration and then 4k health regen fully buffed and 40% healing received was wonderful with max mitigation. It was impossible for any single person to out dps my regen as I ran around asking different duelist to try and kill me. Hilariously, I could let go of my keyboard most of the time and not do anything and still not die. But again, it was only strictly effective for group play. Whenever I played solo, I never had the dps to do anything so I had Guildies laugh at me at I walked from arrius to chal dragging 10 people with me lol.

It was the first tank I ever made and I might make another because of how much fun it was! I like the people spamming dark flare because even when I didn't use wings, I use to walk up to them and whisper them "no" while they kept going . Same thing with wrecking blow Lol.

ok odd.... it looks as if its just on fang of blackwater.... its not like that on my main... maybe its just a glitch with the sword style

Could be the sword style. Im running deadric on one of my toons and had some weird stuff like that last night. At one point he was holding d/w swords as if it was a two hander lol

Btw...whats with your resource bars...those numbers need some buffing buddy : ))

lol yeah those are daedric swords as well.... and thats only on a v1 lol .... well..... wearing cp10 gear lol

I still can't get the patch downloaded on my PC. Gets to 30% and fails over and over again. Lol.

This is a passionate request to DC and EP to make the campaign nice again. I haven't played at all because AD has had a silly hold on the whole campaign. Instead, I've been grinding CP and leveling new rerolls. I miss fighting you guys.

I have had that happened in the past. I think there is an option to stop the update, and then turn off automatic updates. I then restarted my computer, opened the launcher and checked for updates and installed them. After that I turned back on automatic updates.

If that don't work try repairing and do what I said above

Did all that Emi. I got it downloaded on my laptop but not the desktop. I have done a fresh install almost every patch since launch. Not doing it again. lol. It's obviously a problem with my computer. 3 different hard drives and the same problem throughout the history of the game. I just hate running my laptop so hard. Oh well.

That sucks. Maybe in times like this you can do what my friend does. Yells at the computer and throws his mouse at the screen. Sometimes it works

I've been busy with real life stuff unfortunately but I miss the bwb fights. I'm saddened to hear that the campaign is unbalanced again. Hopefully, I'll come back in the next couple of weeks and we can get the party started again.

completely agree... unfortunately there are people in DC ( as i saw someone say a few mins ago " im gonna just defect to ad see ya guys " .... its people like this that ruin the campaign... cause u know...... the best way to deal with "pop imbalance".... is to join the faction with the most players.... that will solve everything

This is a passionate request for AD. Move some players to other factions, until then nothing will be nice.

You all can take a break but once you get the PvP fever you will just steam roll us again and everything will be back to normal. Nobody likes it at all.

I have not been playing much either. I'm sure it's because of the update but we could not even form a group to take a keep last night when I was on.

Another thing that is really upsetting me is these stupid duels. I hate them so much. We had some guy in chat saying.. "don't kill this guy we are dueling." So I respect that and go around the duel and the stupid dueler goes out of his way to attack and kill me. Not once, but twice.

Then there was duels in a field next to Ales, not just one but like 4 groups. I can't attack ales because everyone is dueling right in front.

Then yesterday I went to Ales, tried to help someone. .they backed out and just watched me die.

It is sad, I feel I can't even help my alliance because I am not sure if they are dueling or not.
