They had Emp when I checked around 7:30am GTM with all ring keeps Yellow, but it seems that they couldnt push more and get the scrolls.
I cant play at that time coz I'm at work but according to the zone chat they had a full raid. It seems that EP and DC are more active now after 9-10am.0 -
