Game Crashing Issues

Since this has been going on for this long, I doubt they are able to determine the root cause of it. The crashes will probably never go away.

Edit: Already crashed twice running WBs in Wrothgar with a group after update.

Focus: 64bit upgrade, DX11 upgrade, Framerate drops, disconnects
Is it Intel, NV and AMD?
Is it HDMI and DVI?
Probably not IPS because it is global.

Some things can't be tested in the Lab. They need to go live. IE the effect of gravity on a satellite.

Could be a frequently replicated small string of low level commands that use the same resource.
This would be very hard to find. It's more art than science.

Unfortunately, the PS4 is effected, which rules out a SONY attack.

As far as I can tell, yesterday's maintenance had little to no impact on the poor performance of this game. I'd hoped for an improvement, but I see no change.

everytime when I log in, load my character, crash to login screen, second time I log in and load, usually it is ok then. but everytime when I first time log in, it happens.

it happens when I run the game with 32 bit and also 64 bit launcher. it is pretty anoying.

Random crashes normally when first starting the game. After the first crash normally pretty stable.

PvP
Forget using 64bit client. Constant load screens which result in crash. Crash during large fights or in high population areas. Normally the crashes result in either a black screen or game freeze.

32bit client

Both PvE and PvP play pretty stable

I remember the last time this happened and I completely stopped playing the game it got so bad. Once they fixed it, it was solid again and had nothing to do with my machine or reinstalling the game or anything like that. They just needed to fix it.

On Xbox. I have had the game dashboard me 3 times now when a person I was already grouped with logged in (the second he went from offline to online I was dashboarded).

EU server just crashed... everyone in the guild was thrown out.

Everyone was able to relog less than a minute afterwards ! GG ZOS for this one !

Non stop crashing on xbox everytime I load into wrothgar. If you won't fix this please consider moving the daily writs to hews bane or somewhere else. Please please please. This needs to be fixed before DB comes out. It is making the game very unjoyable to the point I don't want to play due to the frustration.

Constructive , like , srry we have no clue please tell us how to fix it . Well then 6 loginfails untill i delete or watched like,s and comment,s from chared clips and picture,s . Crashed 23 times , new crownstores items or msg , crash . New mailstrôm champ msg , crash . New like or comment on clips , crash . New rank in pvp crash . New achievement from dungeon or dolmen ,crash. So here you go i think i found some lead as where to look and did anough constuctive $hit , your turn now

If there are any more latency problems or random crashes i will seriously consider trashing this game and make sure no one i know or is in my Facebook will ever buy this game....

Are you every going to fix the dashboarding/crashing on Xbox when in Orsinium? It's now spread to Gratwood as I'm crashing at least once every time I go inside the tree. At least acknowledge the issue and admit that you're working on the problem!

Hey there, I have been on for less than an hour tonight and my game has crashed 3 times already. It just seems as if it is getting worse.

This happens often, unfortunately group play is impossible due to the crashes I experience and it is definitely not internet related.

Playing on 64 bit client , logged in the other night and crashed within a couple minutes of being in the game. This happened another 3 times before I could start playing. Three crashes in a row each within a minute or two of logging in is ridiculous and it needs fixed especially before anymore dlc is released.

Xbox one crashes all the time! Some times as often as 4x in one hour or play time. Make that 8x if you try and fight that new Fast Travel Boss. Soooo Game Breaking.

Just experienced a new crash to desktop on the 64-bit client right after entering the Alik'r Desert, a crash window popped up which said: "Pending data load error (879363 - c000000000077d0)."
