Two things: Ranged dps who is out of aoe heals and tunnel vision dps who ignore boss mechanics for gold key. (Nuking Nerien'eth for example)
BUT
What really annoys me is the players who try fulfill 2 roles. Practically this is always the healers. Healers are there to heal, not dps. Do your job. I *hate* to see beams n sh*t coming out from healer.
My motto is this:
Always focus on your own role 100%. Then, if the party performs badly, you get say that it was other peoples fault, because you did your own job. Being a jack of all trades and master of none is burden to the group.

Curious.
People that stand in stupid, had one pug run in CoA where the two dps (with Yolo 14k hp) decided it was a good idea to not stand on the platforms and instead on the inbetween sections getting constantly pummeled by lava.
Oh and my favourite, tanks that can't tank, had one tank that had a ballser 19k hp, blamed me for him dying to boss attacks...
Great. Thank you. This is the right attitude . The problem is that a lot of people that PUG think that people should support special snowflake, dime a dozen, non effective build that they enjoy. Enjoy your fun time with your friends. You are welcome to enjoy the snip out of it . If you PUG please come with a build that is effective for your role and focuses on the success of the run not on your RP or how much you like the graphics of Crystal blast.. I think not wasting peoples time is the courteous .non selfish thing to do. PUGs should be for fast ,convenient, and efficient runs for people that do not have the time to find or wait for their usual guild groups.
but not to worry, i'm usually not pugging, so you will not be grouped with me by mistake.
I don't even play a healer, but hearing people cry, shout, yell for shards gets old really fast...
In other games that I played as a healer if someone died from a 1 Shot aoe and blamed me for not healing, my response was always that I can't heal stupid.
This shows that you don't understand the healer role in ESO at all. If your healer isn't contributing to the group DPS, your healer is doing it wrong, pure and simple. There are loads of attack skills that have support components (providing buffs to group members and such), and a good healer will use at least one or two of them. Aside from that, a good healer doesn't waste resources on over-healing (well, unless he's taking advantage of that one set that gives bonuses for over-healing), so when healing isn't needed and any buffs don't need to be refreshed yet, the healer should be throwing out attacks instead of just standing there like an idiot doing nothing. Sometimes these attacks will be skills (which, as already mentioned, may provide buffs as well), sometimes they'll be resto staff heavy attacks that restore the healer's magicka (and, incidentally, also provide a heal to a nearby ally), but either way if your healer isn't throwing out attacks when his heals aren't needed, then your healer has no idea what he's doing. What really annoys me is the players who try fulfill 2 roles. Practically this is always the healers. Healers are there to heal, not dps. Do your job. I *hate* to see beams n sh*t coming out from healer.

I hate people who think it's my job to be their apparent one and only source of stamina. Everytime I hear "Shards, shards, shards!" I want to cringe. I'll slot Repentance, sure, but there's other skills I can take which are good... and don't rely on me being your stamina pool since some people have the regen of a baked potato. </rant>

DK has to be worst class right now.
I have seen some stamplars put out massive damage.
squishy nightblades.
people who refuse to join group chat (ps4) you need to at least listen for bosses
I cant stand getting rolled over by some stupid warlock in pvp. just why cant templars win anything in pvp.
templars need a dps buff and maybe a heal nerf to balance.
self sustain people! me doing no dps because i have to spam BOL the whole raid is boring AF.
GET VIGOR YOU NIGHTBLADES
what a bunch of whiners.
Healers are so overpowered in this game and not just templars but all the classes, i've never seen an mmo where the healers can repeatedly heal the party back to full over and over and over again and never run out of resources.
From all the comments above obviously if your team are ignoring mechanics or "trying" to die then thats not on you/healer but all the others comments about how "it's hard" or "im trying to support" or "im also doing dps" , dudes why? check your gear or your build sounds like a l2p issue.
Another point for templars. Repentance is not something you should use only if there is Stam DPS. It is a Skill that YOU SHOULD USE ALWAYS. Thanks for giving me the ability to block a few times in a fight on my mag builds.

I can be a little more forgiving of tanks if they are otherwise doing their job but the DPS that run with less than 20k health and pull this stuff drive me crazy and are the reason why I am always apprehensive before the first fight with a PUG dungeon run.
