I am not using regular towns at all for my daily business. Coldharbour is very friendly towards Tamriel Criminals. (They don't care what you did over there)

Also you can't even talk with the people in the banks of usual towns.

While Questing in towns you are prettty much always being chased by guards :') But it's funny trying to avoid guards, running away from them, etc.

While Questing in Orsinium for example I only died one single time due to guards that were in a building where I had to do a quest and I did not expect it.

ZOS made it so Guards are usually just far enough from wayshrines to not attack you when you teleport somewhere, but still you need to be careful.

It's not poor game design, it's a bug and will be fixed, as Gina already posted.
But I agree that quests should be possible to be finished despite having a bounty.

yeah , same boat as you..most I ever racked up was 54k, and I was being very very stupid when I did that, and I just sucked it up and PVP'd and fished until it dropped... OP sounds very whiny and entitled about this entire situation.. ..He better go start working on that Master Angler Title....

Hahahahahahh this reminds of me when the Justice system first came out, I got such a huge bounty on my first night on my main that I decided to start a new alt and wait for the bounty on my main to go away, I got my alt to v14 before the bounty on my main cleared

??? you can access your bank in Cyrodiil and Coldharbour AND in any town that has a hideout.

So basically everywhere.

Wow that's a huge bounty....it hasn't gone down or gone away after a week? Maybe the get me unstuck thing will work? Maybe the people in charge can fix that to go away after a day or something? Sorry for you man. I've never had a bounty bigger than 1000.....if it weren't causing you problems, I'd try it myself. Was there some achievement for getting such a high bounty?
