The fact you're upset they fixed one of the worst exploits in Cyrodiil tells me you don't spend a lot of time in Cyrodiil. This is a pretty big fix (even if the door gap may seem small it had big ramifications and lead to a LOT of exploits).NadiusMaximus wrote: »Of all the things in Cyrodil that are bonked, you fix a f'n gap in a door.
You do know that gap in a door (multiple doors across Cyrodiil, actually) was the cause of a really major exploit, right?NadiusMaximus wrote: »Of all the things in Cyrodil that are bonked, you fix a f'n gap in a door.

I'm so tired of having to download these mega patches for the past year plus! I ponder how long console gamers will stick around for these patches. There's zero content in these patches and yet we're having to download near expansion size (in most cases far larger than skyrim download) bug fix patches.
Welcome to the mmo world. Problem here is that they are replacing entire files in the fixes. So in essence you are getting most..if not the entire audio file for the game. Already existing files are copied over and new ones are replaced or added. Once they reach some kind of manageable stability, or place they feel comfortable with, the hope would be that the framework is stable enough to simply add patches.
Simply add patches, i.e. small, reasonable sizes relative to the notes, come in the 'golden' years of mmo or when they have finished tweaking core frameworks.
This is completely normal in my experience with PC MMOs.
Man get out of here. I've played MMORPGS since EQ in 1999, and have played nearly ever major MMORPG ever release. Do you seem to think everyone that complains about the sizes of a small bug fix patch is new to MMORPG? That's a problem on your side for sure.

Just say you're all on summer break and nothing of any importance will be done tell September.
Really?
I guess a mediocre running game gets you by with The urberfanboys that still pay a sub, and consoles don't know any better right now, but is some serious unrest going on aft months of pointless patches.
I know you're in the, let consoles play and get caught up and once they start yelling for content then we will give them something. That will be too late for player that have been here since day one.
I know deadlines are hard to keep, and you don't like giving dates, but a little more info on the forums would be nice. Not on twitter or face book but your official website. If it's next month for content fine, push that back another, then another, then it is October, that's way to late. But either way, whatever.
All the bug reports and we get new sounds? Wtf man? wtf?
*laughing*
I was just thinking the Same.
Actually, to be honest, @Deltia could prob. stream a loading screen for 4 hours and still have a full channel

That would be 1.6 redubbed 2.0.Pangnirtung wrote: »BTW, when was the last major patch?

Oh, I agree. But at least some progress is being made. Along with Mr. Wheeler's most recent post I have some optimism for once.NadiusMaximus wrote: »How about fixing that and the other ten?
