Can I pre-order the patch notes?
You need an ESOmega+ plan to have early access to natch potes.

Needs more Pay to Win!
Wait, no it doesn't. XP pots that cost about 4k-5k gold in materials in-game only a week or so after they came out, are already extremely affordable. I've got around 85 in stock that I'm using at the moment, and continuing to accrue more .
you realize its not pay to win to sell xp in a cash shop right? pay to win would be if they sold something like a on shot bow that has double the range of a normal bow, thats pay to win. Pay to win is literally what it sounds like. How in Oblivion is someone who is higher level pay to win? because they have more skill points, better stats? you realize thats the point of leveling up. Also note that pay to win items can not be obtained in game, Psijjic Ambrosia can be, although I would love the ability to just buy the recipe from the crown store. The Elder Scrolls Online does not have any Pay to Win items in the crow store its all cosmetics, there TESOTU is not P2P.
In case you are serious, Champion Points.
Until people start hitting 3600 CP, XP gives you an advantage though the stat boost. In a few years when everyone in 3600 CP, it will be a different story.
When everyone is at max CP, it will be interesting since people can really customize their build. Of course, that is really far in the future and it means new players are waaaaaay behind. Adjustments to the accumulation of CP, slowing it down, would just make that worse.
That being said, I like CP. I like the rush of getting another point, even if I am only at around 85 so far.

Pointless as in the last half of year having no contentPointless is a bit unfair, but nobody has ever said this patch was going to be anything more than a standard incremental.
