Can you put the Xbox One issue of not being able to send mail on there.
I get 'Error: You cannot communicate with that player' and people trying to email me get 'player does not exist'.
I get the send errors whether the name has spaces in or not. The character I'm sending from does have a space in the name though if that is a factor?
I have managed to send one mail to someone on my XBL friends list though I don't know if it was delivered as he isn't very active. I cannot mail anyone else.
