If you create and load up a template character your entire account gets the 3600CP. My VR14 from the NA server had 3600CP to spend after I created a template. So it very well could be the cause.

To compensate, ZOS is allowing you to have unlimited stacks of damage shields. If you're a sorcerer, to prevent this damage you only need to stack Ward 493 times.7 -

✭Well the answer is obvious. The high roller in question is a DK. This means that ZOS needs to simply remove reflective scales from the game, and delete any character with a food or drink reference in their name.
Oh and anyone who has a reference to anything Dragonball related in their name. Just in case, and because Telel finds them to be annoying.

No, I meant lunch. And I was referring to urgency, not difficulty, though I suspect it shouldn't be too hard to find. If you can reproduce a bug and know it was introduced in the latest patch, that narrows things down a lot.

It's only PTS not live luckily. And well since it's at least somewhat related to CP and only 3600 points put in. I have to say that it might be bit hard to find what combination there is causing insane increase on damage. But if someone really can say that maybe putting that 100 points into that specific star causes it to roll over or something that will cause the damage just by looking at brawler damage then nice.

Fatalyis✭✭✭✭Whatever is causing this, quite a few people have figured it out because it happened to me from several different people. Just before one guy got me, I saw him spamming Momentum (one of the morphs most likely) for a good 3-5 minutes. Not sure if the damage buff is stacking or not.2
