Also, are alliance-specific recipes in 1.5 still alliance-specific in 1.6? (Such as Trotter Pie was AD in 1.5, but now as it is Roast Pig I'm not sure).

No.. all Alliance specific stuff is gone. Also useless are the ingredients I listed above used to make them. They are marked "old" and vendor sellable.

    Hi @Sneak-Thief,

Very pleased with the work you've done here! Saved me a ton of time!

One question though: On the Savouries and Ragout pages, I think you've mixed up some recipes! The top 9 or so 1.5 recipes on each seem to have been switched around, but I think the 1.6 recipes are correct. Trouble is, since you don't have a set alliance order of 1.5 recipes (for example, AD on top, EP in middle, DC on bottom and so on), I'm having trouble matching them up! Think you could have a look?

    Cheers!

    ~AJ

You are over thinking this, this is the 1.6 recipe listed as you will find at the campfire crafting station. Which is categorized by recipe type and level. To categorize this based on a 1.5 faction recipes would be silly considering faction exclusive only applies up to lv 45 in 1.5 and would make for an extremely messy spreadsheet.

So there is no "mixed up" recipes, what you see is a 1.6 recipe list as you will find it in game. So the recipe you see in 1.6 has the converted recipe beside it, forget what you think you should know about the order of 1.5 recipes as it holds no meaning to the list, and if you do try to rework an old list you have, simply start a new one. So make your new checklist 1.6, rather then taking a 1.5 list and trying to work 1.6 into it, it will be a headache and not help you much in 1.6.

If you have any questions about recipes and what they convert to, the item codes are listed and you can at any time just post it to 1.5 and then to 1.6.

Thank you so much for doing this! I had started to make a few notes about how stuff converted, but you have saved me a ton of work, this is extremely useful. :)

Alliance specific recipes and ingredients have gone away, basically.

Regarding drinks, in present form they are still useless.

I don't recall if they are 10x as useless as they are on live, but pound for pound, they still don't give you the increase worthy of replacing a food.

If it takes you 20 seconds to get the same benefit from a drink that a food gives you right on top, there's not much to figure out here.

Add it to your max stat, and it's that many seconds you've already saved, just by walking through the door.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Honestly, the only drinks I've ever found a use for were greens, for those times when I didn't care enough to make food... which starts to sound a lot like my fruit juice consumption habits in real life, come to think of it.

@Sneak_Thief‌ I have been finding recipes that are completely new (using a pre-made I am trying to do the writs to see what the rewards are like). Would you like me to list them here? Or should I start a new thread for the "brand new" recipes. I have a feeling that for all the levels where there weren't 3x the recipes they have added new ones, but I can't say that 100% sure yet. Still hunting!

And would you want the food code as well?

Yes I would like to do a new list as well, given the nature it will probably require user submissions which I can do a new section for. Most people know I am a code hunter and myself have found dozens and dozens of new recipes I have not mentioned to anyone except for a few close friends. The only problem is there is no way to know 1) is it in the game and 2) will it drop , which is why we need to do a new section as we find them. If I look through the codes and see a lot of trends I may be able to put them up and just have a confirmed/unconfirmed check mark for it. It may give us a better idea of exactly how many new recipes we are talking about.

Thank you, though admittedly I didn't do that much work. I spent maybe an hour or two putting @Sneak_Thief‌ 's work into my own spreadsheet and doing some sorting. Sneak put in the real 9hrs of hard work (more really since it has been continuously worked on since).

Thank you @Sneak_Thief‌ ! Exactly what i was looking for. Using EU server and only being able to create a template toon, testing provisioning has been badly limited.

Question: When recipes convert does the food in inventory convert correspondingly too?

Tomatoes convert to Frost Miriam, Oats convert to Bervez juice. I'm not sure if people are sure about the rest, though testing the item codes would tell us.

That said, Pepper converts to Old Pepper, and as far as I know all of the purple drink ingredients are also going stale. So, use 'em while you got 'em.

Working on a full ingredient conversion list today to add to the spreedsheet. Should be ready in a several hours.

Even with forewarning; calling it now: there's going to be a lot of people pissed when they log in, find their tomatoes gone.

I disagree. I've been on the PTS and the one ingredient that was in ALL of my top food recipes was Frost Miriam. At least that will carry over.

I'm more pissed however that they did NOT carry over pepper and give it a conversion food. it's the 3rd most rare but gets kicked to the curb.

I've already prepared for this stupidity however and converted all of my pepper into food which will convert into V10 food.

    Whats Being Worked On Next
@Heishi‌ 's contribution is on the ingredients list page (this will be needing an update for the reasons listed below)

Taking a few codes that @Mix‌ has pm so far, I will hunting codes and will attempt to make the NEW Recipe list. Conversions are covered and complete, but creating this list of actual newly added recipes will be a pain, BUT I can go ahead and get a good list going.

Since these are completely new added recipes there will not be any 1.5 recipes listed beside it. However pasting any of the new recipes in 1.5 will always say "Enriched Eye Opener Recipe"

I finished finding what I believe to be ever newly added recipe in 1.6. (these are 135 (+ up to 3 from 1.5) recipes you *will* need to find and learn even if you have all 348 current 1.5 recipes.

A few of these are confirmed by @Mix‌ and thus I was able to find the rest of them and am very certain this makes the final and full list of all recipes in 1.6

    ENJOY goo.gl/GVWNmL

Here is the total of added recipes: 135136
    Meat:11
Fruit:11 EDIT: Fruit: 12 There is actually 12 new recipes. I believe the 12th is a level 35 green which is to account for a missing "Saltrice Slurry" Since the codes didnt exist, it couldnt convert, thus an extra was added to account for it.
    Vegetable:11
    Ragout:11
    Savouries:11
    Entretmet:11
    Gourmet:6
    Alcoholic:10
    Tea:10
    Tonics:10
    Liqueurs:10
    Tinctures:10
    Cordial Teas:10
    Distillates:3

So 351-1 Converted recipes + 135+1 added recipes = 486 Total 1.6 Recipes EDIT: the -1 accounts for Saltrice Slurry which probably does not have a conversion and then accounts for the +1 in the new recipes.

    Looks great @Sneak_Thief‌!

Hmm Green-Pact safe recipes, does your character eat fruit/veg if it doesn't originate in Valenwood? or not at all? Because if your answer is "not at all" I don't think any of the blue/purple will be edible as the blues are all combos of meat/fruit, meat/veg and veg/fruit and the purples appear to all be meat/fruit/veg.

@Sneak_Thief‌ I still have my sheet so updating it to the newest information shouldn't be a problem. Did you add the new ones to the master list or do I just need to account for what is in the "NEW 1.6 Recipes" tab? I didn't notice a difference in the master, but there are a lot of recipes and I could have overlooked something.

Since I spent all evening rebuilding my wifes pc, I will try to finish the work tomorrow, but for now you only need to adjust the ingredient count to add for whats on the "New" tab. Tomorrow (time permitting) once I get the food codes on the spreadsheet, its just a matter of consolidating the database and making it look better.

Oh, this is hilarious. I don't think I saw it before. The old ultra rare, probably shouldn't be in the game carrots came over to 1.6 fine. They are a different item from the 1.6 carrots.

You are correct. As I understand it, all the old recipes will convert to the new system (albeit as a new recipe) and they added quite a few as well.

There will be much less ingredients so you don't have to go all over Tamriel trying to put together ingredients for one recipe. Also all mats (I'm pretty sure ingredients too) will stack up to 250 instead of 100. I think it'll be great.

Yeah lol and they have different images which is why I noticed in my inventory which is why it ended up on the ingredient list.
