Inventory continues to be an issue in ESO, but this doesn’t mean that everyone can’t be given an opportunity to benefit from a few items that could be added to the crown store.

    Crown Store Inventory Items suggestions
    • No-Restriction Inventory Bags: These bags provide a set number of inventory spaces and consume one space in the player's main inventory. These bags cannot contain other bags and should be allowed to be placed inside a player's bank, but not sold.
      1. Backpack (1250 Crowns): Provides 20 inventory spaces
      2. Heavy Sack (1000 Crowns): Provides 15 inventory spaces
      3. Sack (750 Crowns): Provides 10 inventory spaces
      4. Small Sack (500 Crowns): Provides 5 inventory spaces
    • Crafting Material Bags: These bags have enough spaces to hold one stack of every type of material for the specific craft. Only the specific craft’s materials can be placed within the corresponding bag.
      1. Alchemist Satchel (1500 Crowns)
      2. Blacksmith’s Haversack (1500 Crowns)
      3. Clothier’s Tote (1500 Crowns)
      4. Enchanter’s Purse (1500 Crowns)
      5. Provisioner’s Knapsack (1500 Crowns)
      6. Woodworker’s Duffel (1500 Crowns)
    • Potions of Feather: These potions allow a player who is over-encumbered to alleviate the symptoms of being burdened.
      1. Bargain Potion of Feather -Pack of 5- (200 Crowns): Relieve one level of over-encumbrance for 10 minutes, stackable.
      2. Cheap Potion of Feather -Pack of 5- (300 Crowns): Relieves two levels of over-encumbrance for 10 minutes, stackable.
      3. Quality Potion of Feather -Pack of 5- (400 Crowns): Relieves three levels of over-encumbrance for 10 minutes, stackable.
      4. Exclusive Potion of Feather (Craftable): Relieve one level of over-encumbrance for 10/12/16/18/20/22 minutes, stackable.
Over-Encumbrance: This new inventory mechanic will allow players to pick up MORE than their inventory space permits. This allows players to temporarily over-burden themselves so they are not strictly limited to their inventory space. Since Over-Encumbrance only occurs when a player exceeds the number of inventory spaces they have available, players are able to purchase bags and immediately relieve themselves of their Over-Encumbered status.

There are three stages of Over-Encumbrance. Players are only prompted of their Over-Encumbrance during the third stage, Heavily Over-Encumbered.
    • Slightly Over-Encumbered
      • Players who are carrying up to 5 more items than their inventory allows
      • Players cannot use “go to”; paying to travel to a Wayshrine costs 10X more than normal
      • Players cannot sprint on foot, but can run normally
      • Players can use their mounts normally
    • Moderately Over-Encumbered
      • Players who are carrying up to 6-9 more items than their inventory allows
      • Players cannot use “go to” and cannot pay to travel to a Wayshrine
      • Players cannot sprint or run normally on foot, they can only walk.
      • Players can use their mounts, but cannot sprint. They can run normally
    • Heavily Over-Encumbered
      • Players who are carrying up to 10-12 more items than their inventory allows
      • Players cannot use “go to”, cannot pay to travel to a Wayshrine, or use a Wayshrine.
      • Players cannot sprint, run normally, or walk. They cannot move and receive the prompt “You are Encumbered” when they attempt to move.
      • Players can use their mounts, but cannot sprint or run normally. They can only walk.
A player who is Heavily Over-Encumbered would have to use 3 Exclusive Potions of feather in order to become completely unencumbered.

I believe these additions will give players what they desire, more inventory, while providing ZOS with another means for revenue. Thoughts?

I'm pretty sure a lot of other people said this in the 34 pages of post but im going to say it again. I WANT A MAKEOVER! since month 1 people been asking for this and it would be so great to remake our character. I'm not talking about race change or anything but just cosmetic changes. This would make the cash shop so much money and make the players happy at the same time. I wish they would make this happen already. I'd probably buy this multiple times. I'm not even intrested in pets or mounts and i got 3200 pts. I would spend that all on make overs if i could.

A way to customize appearance. For people playing this game for a long time, which is what you guys want, it'd be great to be able to change how our character, who we have spent months upon months building and leveling up, looks. People in real life get tired of the way they look and people get haircuts, tattoos, colored contacts, even plastic surgery and such. So of course we are going to want to change the way our character looks in game because people change and their likes and dislikes change. So a character you created a year ago who looked fantastic to you at the time, now looks less than fantastic and you wish you had done things differently when creating them. So I propose a way to change how your character looks! And to add more customization options than were previously had for character creation, like lots of new haircuts(LOTS). Also, pet wolves. We need pet wolves...okay I need pet wolves. But the need for a wolfy companion is strong. And so is my need for a new haircut.

    Crown Store Wish List Items:
    Extra Character Slot
    Race Change
    Name Change
    Faction Change
Appearance Change (or in-game "Barber Shop" for gold-purchased head and facial hair appearance changes)
Extra Bank Space (purchased with money in addition to purchasing with in-game gold)
    Costume: Goblin
    Costume: Daedra
Music Emote: Mandolin (players able to play ESO bard songs as NPCs can)
    Music Emote: Flute
    Additional Music (songs)

Place loyalty rewards in the Crown Store say six months after the freely given item has been out. Loyalty rewards still remain free, but after six months, a player may purchase one. That way, the loyal player still gets to show off their free item, but after the 'newness' has died down, they can still be a source of modest income for ESO (and a benefit for a late-joining player to get one).

** Expansion: Player Housing with multiple options for locations, design, style of architecture and furniture with access to crafting stations, stables, and personal bank. And able to recruit hired help (NPCs) to maintain the place.**

I think something easy to add for the crown store would be some things like name changes to the character you are playing as, maybe a consumable thing to let you for one time change the looks of your toon or make a merchant in game to change your hair style and tattoos and markings and stuff at least

    Okay:
    • Emotes
    • Costumes (preferably ones that are also obtainable from f2p) (for the love of all things holy, lore friendly)
    • Dyes (same as above)
    • Pets/Mounts (that are EXACTLY THE SAME in EVERY WAY as existing mounts EXCEPT for appearance)
    • Sales and limited time stuff. Doesn't really hurt anyone and sells more.

    Not okay:
    • Chance boxes or whatever from which you have like a 0.05% chance of getting a Rare Expensive Unobtainable Item and everything else is trash. This will destroy the economy and fuel a horrific, all-encompassing gambling addiction. Don't.
    • Keys to said Chance Boxes.
    • Exclusive gear.
    • Points towards ranks that allow you to wear/get exclusive gear.
    • Items towards points toward ranks that allow you to wear/get exclusive gear.
    • Ability to get into dungeons/raids/zones/areas/whatever that drop exclusive gear.
    • Entry to any p2p zone/area at all. Why? RuneScape.
    • Skill lines.
    • Character slots. We won't need them anymore since you can just make a new f2p account and make that 23rd DK you'll leave at level 1 and won't use.
    • In 2053 or whenever player housing hits (if it does): Selling the right to own property or a house or whatever. That should be done with gold or some sort of quest. We voted this better than ArcheAge, after all.
    • Bank or inventory space.
    • Any piece of equipment, costume or otherwise, that goes in a spot otherwise unusable by f2pers. Capes, glasses, etc.
    • Ability to bypass any game mechanic - get away from guards, etc
    • Special buff potions (otherwise inaccessible by f2pers)
    • Skill resets

as to getting items to use i completely disagree with. i dont want this game to be a pay to win game. the things in the crown store should be consmedic and non game changing items that dont make your character any better

Also a Siamese cat pet would rock!

I am also a proponent for extra character slots, and a Barber Shop... Seems to me most MMOs have those available in some form... why not TESO?

How about a camel mount for redgards? I think I recall seeing them in game somewhere... maybe not.

I think they would be able to implement a home by using the "apartment building" format. Where you buy a home in a currently built building in the city of your choice and it then instanced a empty home that could be used to store trophies and stuff.

Crafters could be able to make furniture etc. But as I write this I envision all the coding that would have to be done and realize...that's a lot of work!!

Although ESO is no longer a Sub only game I felt this was worth mentioning. Just like CCP has done with Eve Online for some time now, WoW will start offering a sellable item, called WoW Token, that Players can purchase for $20 on it's own Cash Shop (yes, WoW has had a Cash Shop for YEARS) then sell in game to others. This WoW Token offers 1 month of game time. So those Players who are good at making gold in game can actually play WoW for no cost to them but time invested starting tomorrow, April 7th. This is also one of if not the very best way to stop Gold Sellers since Players have a legal way to "buy gold". Further more it gives Players who have the time to invest in the game, but not the money to do so, a way to gain the benefits that a Subscription offers.

Keep in mind if ESO had such a thing it'd likely cost well over 100K in game Gold but would provide another option for Players to continue with the benefit of a Sub who might otherwise leave the game entirely. As we've seen since the B2P announcement ZoS is all about the Crown Store and not much else until at least after Console release so that addition isn't out of the realm of possibilities.

I could care less about the folks that will undoubtedly come in and scream "P2W!!" at this option because it just isn't, it's actually exactly what ZoS's concept of the Crown Store is, a convenience item. Some Players have more money than time (you know, those pesky folks with full time jobs and kids) and would buy those to be able to sell to others so they don't spend 90% of their game time just trying to make Gold to buy this or that item. On the other side of it you have the Players with more time than money who also may have no problem making vast amounts of in game Gold and would be more than happy to purchase said item from someone else to gain the benefit of ESO Plus for 1 month.

    Hello...

... I will like to point out something, even though I am not comfortable (don't like) the decisions of making "costumes" (and the costumes that are so far are not any worthy of my crown points) and not armors (clothing, medium and heavy) to be able to be crafted or even dyed or that can be mixed with other armors/motifs. See... I like to mix clothing's from other motifs and look "rare" or "unique" if I can. If you will be adding or keep creating those costumes in C.S. you have to make them not only that they can be"dyed" but also be usable and wearable in parts and also that they can be enchanted (like a normal armor). Or better yet, you can make blue prints and sell them so they can be crafted, Do not make ignorant and insignificant wearable "costumes".

    BTW!

Talk to Bethesda and ask them if you can make this 3 mages outfits. (them bears too!)

    Archmage_Robes.jpg

    Mage_Robes_Male_1.jpg

    Mage_Robes_Male_2.jpg

P.s. Heck it could be really worthy of Crown points if you guys could bring the whole skyrim/oblivion armors to this game. But make them available to be crafted or wearable in parts so we can mix them with the existence motifs and themselves. (that is important! options to wear and more options to have flexibility to create and look very unique.)
You guys can sell them as "blue prints" and depending on the crafting material, that will be the access of the level they can make (because is a "blue print") that will give the opportunity of everyone to access the outfit/ armor to be crafted even if you are starting.

please for the love of talos, a Cadwell costume.
after going through my first main story play-through, ive come to like cadwell as one of my favorite npc's.

ALSO, being able to dye costume sets would be a very nice addition.
as well, as being able to make personal costumes. I really like some of the early level armors, but i cant wear them due to their level.

-Gender Change (as well as name changes is dont really need this, but hey why not to make someone happy)

-Race Change (i like my wood elf, but hey why not)

-Class Change (personaly i didnt like the idear of choosing a class from the beginning, i think it would be more fun without the classes but as they are now a part of the game i vote for class change option)

-More normal Costumes. I like the pack for thieves.
