You know you can respec your skills at the Shrine of Stendar right? A full respec or just reset your morphs even. It just costs money.
Where is the Shrine of Stendar? I know there is a way to do this currently; however, I have no idea where it is or if I have enough gold to pay for it.
Its in the main town of each Alliance.
Elden Root in Grahtwood for AD (Look on the bottom floor near the wayshrine)
Wayrest in Stormheaven for DC (Inside the temple in town)
Mournhold in Deshaan for EP (I can't remember where, but its in middle of town)
No matter your level you can get to these places if you just stick to the roads and activate wayshrines on the way in case you die I believe its about 100 gold per skill or attribute right now, although its been a while since i did it so i could be wrong.
This is well written, but please use paragraphs and layout so people will read this.
What i would like to see in the crown store:
- Guilds upgrades (inventory, maybe some guildhouse)
- bank inventory upgrades
- some nice mounts (not horses)
- mounts armor or upgrades (just costumes that don't affect gameplay)
- to change the alliance (for PVP) [with f2p accounts now, players could now create a new account to spy within Cyrodiil, so I don't see how this would have a bigger impact than making the game b2p]
....

1) i would like to be able to purchase a dwemer sphere centurian to help me in pvp and pvp, and not just act as a pet that follows me but an actual dwemer sphere centurian that can help me and do damage to my enemies especially in pvp. (and also have a carrying capacities to store some of my found treasures)
2) i would like to be able to purchase companions to help me in dungeons, caves, and delves just like is available in dungeons and dragons online.

Also, it torments me how there are awesome silver werewolves (rare, special cases) and black werewolves, but player werewolves can't have either of the two looks, so to some extent fur dye would be nice to make werewolf players be able to actually have more choice than dirty fur or white fur. :P
...And I know what is probably planned for either the 9 months or the 12 months subscribed loyalty reward is, but can't you make at least a more standard, ordinary looking Senche mount for the Crown Store, then leave the loyalty reward one to be black or whatever?

I agree with the current armor looking as if our fighters do not understand how to care for it. I want crisp, clean looking armor, not something that has the appears of dirt and scuffs one it.
What about the ability to download/3D print your character? I.E. buy a snapshot of your character. This has to do with something outside the game, so I don't see it as lore-breaking. If the person were able to order it from a company as a blank or painted model, that could be cool. Being able to choose printable expressions from in the game would be nice.
On that line of thought, I would buy a telescope, spyglass, or magnifying glass for my character. There are times when I'd really like to get a better look at something within the game. I take a lot of screenshots, as I often come across stunning views as I run around Tamriel. Y'all did an amazing job with the physics and light interplay, even if the level of detail/polygons is lower than Skyrim, it is still gorgeous. The ability to look at something in the distance from a rooftop or rock pinnacle would be very nice. I would want there to be minimal frame -- and what frame was visible to be crafted, lovely, a decorative viewport that would enhance a screenshot, not make it feel stuffed into a tube.
I'm not sure if such a thing should be functional in Cyrodiil, as it may give advantage. I would feel sad at not being able to use my telescope on the Imperial City, but it is more important that the Crown Store not break the balance and appeal of the game.
I DO NOT want to see crafting materials for sale in the Crown Store. Some players play as merchants/farmers (it's relaxing and friendly for those who are unpredictably afk). Some guilds are very hardcore about this, as the vendor auctioning for choice locations is brutal. The most serious trade guild I'm in has recently ramped up member sale requirements in order to continue affording the vendor, and the guild's sales are strong. (As it stands, making recipes' default sale value at 27 makes the sale of that recipe in the guild store absolutely worthless to the guild as it's not a high enough value for them to get a cut. Enabling players to bundle items for sale in the guild store would be nice, if it was server-sustainable. Or if there were set bundles you could create--say if you collected the three food recipes for lvl 1, you could bundle those and sell them). Adding ANY crafting materials (even/especially low level ones) to the Crown Store would screw up the mercantile mechanic. Economics already drives down the sale price of crafting mats to just above NPC sale value. The crafting writs help the market (thank you ), but if players buy from the Crown Store, why would they bother searching out a physical vendor to find the materials they need? What i would like to see in the crown store:

[strike-through and bracketed comments mine]
Guild upgrades could be nice. Giving your vendor a costume to wear could be cool -- it might make your vendor easier for customers to recognize, even if you wind up losing the bid on your usual one and wind up getting the one further down the line. It could, however, be a p2w mechanic if it makes the vendor more competitive...... though right now, competitiveness hinges on location, location, location.
Makes me wonder if you could make a f2p component where guild members could donate XP/gold or something to the guild to buy such cosmetic upgrades. Things that the guild vendor could be "hired" to do while selling a guild's wares: wear a costume; dance; juggle fireballs; any other emote; say a chosen phrase or collection of phrases--which could include suggesting looking at a specific category of good in the guild store, such as one that is well-stocked but not selling well "Don't forget to check out our recipe collection!" "Maybe we have the potion you're looking for" "Our members specialize in crafted sets" "We carry the crafting traits you can't find at other stores!" "Over two thousand items in stock!" "Over five thousand items in stock!" "Stock up on empty soul gems for cheap!"-- such lines would only be as good as the guild store they're spoken for, and could help customers more quickly find the guild store that suits them. Would be especially nice if this was the non-dialogue greeting for the vendor. Might make the vendors much easier for everyone to interact with, and pep up the market, especially for the vendors in out of the way locations.
Picture it: a player is running by a guild vendor and as they run by, the vendor greets them in passing. They say a guild-selected greeting, such as "We specialize in potions!" The player then has potions brought to mind and may interact with the vendor when otherwise they may have run on by, assuming the guild vendor is one that has less than 100 items, half of which are motif stones and lockpicks. That doesn't mean the vendor does have good potions for sale--guilds could ruin the effectiveness of this mechanic--but perhaps having a non-competitive way to say that you are willing to spend more on your guild store vendor (by buying costumes or premium greetings, say), you could communicate the quality of your store to passers-by.
Or in Cyrodiil, your Alliance has won a fort. Your guild hires the vendor there next to the teleportal in the fort. Many players prolly run by never even noticing they're there. Having the vendor yell out a greeting "Running low on crafted potions?!" might make these vendors more attractive/useful.
Increasing inventory space -- be it bag, bank, guild bank, guild store slots -- would be a material advantage. I could move more inventory and make more gold. I could acquire and sell more stacks of items. My guild could acquire more items to then sell or offer as raffle prizes or equip members in PvP with.

I agree with you regarding the inventory, character/bank.
But i do not agree with: [with f2p accounts now, players could now create a new account to spy within Cyrodiil, so I don't see how this would have a bigger impact than making the game b2p]
Shifting an alliance, doesn't give an advantage, of any kind. Even now, you can "spy" with another character in Cyro. Changing alliance does not affecting the gameplay, it your personal choice (same imo as character appearance).
P.S. Please make the "command pet" keybinding actually do something.
