    -Inventory expanders bank and personal
    -Dance lessons
    -Phased housing/tents/chests for storing equipment/items/ingredients.

Can I purchase a group of mercenaries to go into group dungeons with me? I play solo mostly and I would love to purchase a group for those times that I need a group dungeon and everyone I know has done it too many times to care.

I want a pet cat in the store. It would be funny if it chased the rodents when one came close, but a vanity pet cat is fine. Make mine black and give me the ability to name it.

Mercenary group for hire. I am on-call and sometimes have to bug out with little notice. So...I run solo most of the time and cannot do group dungeons solo. Please provide a group of mercenaries that can help me out. I promise to release them when the dungeon is cleared

A skill point reset. Some players are against this, but I am not good enough to get everything right the first time. I would like a chance to fix my mistakes. Even if it is just trading one skill for another it would be of use.

Mystery boxes. I don't want the kind that have to be found, then a key must be purchased. I want the kind that TSW has where one can purchase mystery boxes and there are two or three items from a list that will be inside. Keep the cost down, however, this is something I usually purchase with left over coins when there is nothing else I want.

Hidden armor. I want my characters to look a certain way, RP styling, but I would also like the benefit from other types of armor. If we are going to have the ability to purchase costumes, give us the ability to hide our armor so we can enjoy the costume and still have the protection of the armor.

A way to gift DLC to another player. I have online friends that I do not know in real life. There are times when they do not have the funds to purchase DLC. I would like the ability to purchase it for them without giving them private information about myself or my finances. The item (DLC) doesn't have to be tradable. A small box or bag that allows me to stuff the DLC into it and send it to another player would be good enough.

Plastic Surgeon ticket. My first character's eyes are not quite right because I couldn't zoom in on the face. A one-time-only free ticket to make that change would be appreciated. But...I would pay for one if I must.

A Mule. Someone or someway to take things to the bank for me. Not every community has a bank so I find myself leaving an area to travel back to the bank. This breaks immersion for me and it also takes my limited time away from the story.

More bag inventory space. The bag sizes are not large enough when one collects materials for crafting, treasure maps, fishing, questing items, and still hold onto those vanity items and trophies. The cost of increasing the bag size in-game is higher than the value of the items I want to keep.

•Maybe a way to change the players name or face, but with new hairs, colors, body paint, face paint, ect?
    •Also vanity armors/costumes that are dye-able?
•And you could also make gold available to buy with crowns???

    @Prothwata‌
I agree with conversion kits and inventory expanders

I have a few questions, What is the estimated price for pets and costumes? I know they will vary, and how much will it cost to buy crowns?

I love the mystery boxes from The Secret World. Funcom says they are the best-seller. It's like playing the lottery, but it is something fun to do with extra coins.

I DO want the mystery boxes. On the plus side, those that do not like them are not required to purchase them. Easy right?

I'm about 84% sure this post is sarcasm, but I feel like the rest of the class needs to know why.

The reasons mystery boxes sell is because there are things inside of them that you don't get elsewhere. These things start out as more useless versions of other items plastered with duck stickers and then once you've hit mystery box version 103 you are rolling for that unique gold weapon that shoots through walls, that totally is not over powered because only 8 people have them. The first five of them got it on their first try so they could tell the forums about it and the last three spent $20,000 on mystery boxes because they have gambling addictions and through some biological anomaly are able to poop solid gold nuggets.

I can tell you what we DON'T want: gear/consumables superior to what we can get in-game.

Please, keep that out of the cash shop.

I would add gear and consumables shouldn't be superior to what we can craft too; if players can buy superior and legendary items in the crown store better than what I can craft, then what's the point of crafting?

every "convinience" item in the store, per defenition, requires there to be "inconvinience" in the game.

I'd seriously prefere a game without designed-in inconvinience...

^ This. Non subscription now means that they will be trying desperately to trick and force people into paying more than they would on a sub by making things inconvenient or making them "gamble" on items, or paying to win. What's more is I would have gladly paid more per month and used a cash shop regularly if they had kept it sub based, now its going to be a joke of a carnival.

P.S. This will probably work because of all the 12 yr old out there with Dad's credit card.

Forgive, not sarcasm. I purchase the mystery boxes from TSW as I said. I only purchase them when I have left over points. I like the rewards, while they are items that can be gained in game, they are also items that I usually do not get. So the mystery boxes in TSW gives me a chance to win something that the RNG usually denies me.

As for the latter, I have not heard of anyone having those kinds of issues with a purchase from a game store; however, if they are, they should seek professional assistance as it cannot be healthy.

If the items you can get in TSW boxes are all achievable through playing the game, then that isn't so bad. The mystery boxes I've had experience with have 99% of the items you can get ingame or trials of cash shop items, and then they have one item that is ONLY collectible through the mystery box itself, which in my opinion is disgusting.

How about a costume that changes your appearance in lycanthropic form? Like a werebear costume that switches your werewolf out for a werebear? The costume would not affect your appearance in human form.

Also, a little suggestion: I would like it if costumes could be updated to have multiple slots. One slot for skin (such as the ones that turn you into a skeleton or goblin), a second for clothing, and a third for tabards. This way we could wear more than one at once. For example, we could wear the Emperor costume (clothing) with the guild tabard of their choice. Or we could be a skeleton (skin) chef (clothing). My above suggestion for werebear and other lycanthropic costumes would be under the skin type.

I would love to see that you can buy more different hairstyle and tattoo to your character customize and maybe more race specific hairstyle and tattoo that would be nice to see in Crown Store.

I would love to have race specific mount also.

    3. instant research tokens/tickets(immediate research of one item, consumes one token)
    4. limited uses shipping falcon/pack mule whatever that will sell your goods in town...like a pet with 5 charges or something, that can carry 20 clots and go sell for you...no need to stop adventuring.

    fashion-
    1. Dye or the ability to buy dye colors
    2. to not have any stupid motorcycle mounts or guns introduced in the game ever.

    account-
    1. additional bank slots
    2. additional inventory slots(this is a per character thing I guess)

    4. cashout crowns for in game gold....not vice versa, that is just asking for trouble.

Concerning you cash shop system, I have heard some of the base concerns as well as some of the answers to said concerns by ZOS. So far I am pleased but I have heard the same promises before. As such, I still have some Major concerns of my own which I have not heard addressed. I think it is of utmost importance to maintain the integrity of in-game economy and hence your long term player demographic. You can easily lose the bulk of your player base and destroy new players from entering into the game by committing this one fatal mistake. I do not mean to Beat around the bush in explaining but I must give an analogy to explain what and why I give this dire warning about said phenomenon. Even if you think I am probably a stupid crackpot who knows nothing about the field of econ I still urge you to (at least) consider my warning.

When Perfect World came out (even though they were F2P) they had much the same philosophy about cash shop items (nothing that could give an advantage i.e. no P2W). However, they made an unassuming change to their Cash shop model (inadvertently) which destroyed that game for nearly all high lvl players and blocked new players from a smooth entry into the game. This change came on their one year anniversary of the game and has been referred to (unaffectionately) as the Anni Pack. Only the oldest PW players (from 2008-2009) will fully understand the damage this pack created. Let me give you the basic breakdown, Gold in the game went for 100K coins for 1 Zen piece (prior to the anni pack)and it had remained fairly stable after the initial launch fluctuation (on its path to equilibrium of 100K) until it hit 3-5M coins per zen. Now this change was not gradual so the cause was evident. We had on one night 100K for 1 Zen which had remained quite stable for a year yet 4-5 hours later (when I woke up after the patch) the cost of gold had already reached 1.5 Million. Within the week it hit 3.5 Million and has remained at that level to this day (at it's peak I think it hit 5M give or take) The only major change which had occurred over this 4-5 hour period was the Anni Pack. But since correlation is not causation I can also explain the causal mechanism of why this happened. They gave players a cash shop item which had a potential for a 5M dollar reward (based on the winning items value in game) but they sold it for 1 Dollar (i.e. 1 zen=1 real world dollar if I remember my currency ratios). Basically they sold an item worth 5M in game for a potential cost of 100K Gold/1 Zen in currency exchange. They failed to recognize player motivation to sell for what the item was worth not the items cost. Players sold this item for 1.5 M (that next morning) hence why the value of 1 Zen (cash shop currency) for 100K gold (game currency) went to 1.5M gold over a 4-5 hour time period.

This not only destroyed the value of existing players gold currency but also stopped new players from progressing (hence they couldn't afford to purchase new gear from players since costs had inflated drastically but the revenue stream didn't change at all). Next all the mats regularly sold for dungeon runs, etc... (which were a huge source of player money) dropped in price while the cash shop items rose in price. For instance, one highly sought after TT (Twilight Temple) item went from 2M to 600K gold while cash shop items simultaneously went from 100K/zen to 5m/zen. This is not the only item but every last mat followed this same result. To break it all down, it destroyed every existing players wealth, new players ability to gain wealth, use of available resources, etc. While this may have provided a boom to the game in the immediate time being it destroyed the amount of people who added revenue to the game. In the end it was worse for PW to make this move. Please consider your cash shop items very wisely and always remember how they affect the in-game economy.

I suppose this is why ZOS does not plan to implement gold to cash shop currency conversion (for now), so to avoid the aforementioned pitfalls.

Mournhold in Deshaan for EP (I can't remember where, but its in middle of town)

No matter your level you can get to these places if you just stick to the roads and activate wayshrines on the way in case you die  I believe its about 100 gold per skill or attribute right now, although its been a while since i did it so i could be wrong.
