    @ZOS_GinaBruno The Nightblade's ultimate Soul Siphon (Soul Shred morph) doesn't heal the caster, unlike other healing abilities. Is this intended? If so, why?

    Was that decision based on an opinion or did you carried out user testing and discovered that few people would use a keyboard, didn't like the constant shifting between gamepad and keyboard or did you discovered other reasons?

    * Did they test it with actual test players who fit in the divers user categories?
    * Or were they evaluating themselves while playing?

    They've said before that they would expect at least an increase to VR18 before they finally remove them.

    I'm still interested in what kind of test they used. In the above line it's still vague.

    Testing with actual players or more like self-evaluating?

    umm a better choice would've been to have text chat turned off by default and an emote a player could use to indicate they don't have a keyboard when encountering someone who does, this would've catered to gamers coming from PC/console players with a keyboard and their " kick back on the couch" players lol

    Perhaps this was tested as the emote pre set text was also a ZOS idea and not a customer feedback idea

    Any of these coming soon ZOS ???

    1)A new content for hardcore PvE raiders, the old ones are really ... old already.
    2)More types of master weapons please (like boosting your 3rd, 5th etc skills)
    3)Lagspike fixes (they are now everywhere), cmon ZOS more than 1,5 year from the start and still people should suffer ?
    4)Balance - still no balance between classes, magicka and stamina etc.
    5)May be some kind of "master" armor pieces <- this would definately open the doors to the big world to the most of hybrid type builds that sucks atm. Cause everytime u create a new content ... tada, super powerfull sets coming out till we reach new content where we should start over THE GRIND, and most of our cool sets that we've been collecting are more likely became underleveled and somehow underpowered or simply just nerfed to the ground.
    6)Jewelry crafting - at least an ability to improve it to the gold quality.
    7)House - or at least any place, where we can keep all the trophies, collectables, gear, food, potions, ingridients, crafting nodes etc. Cause personal bank is too small, and public one is too hard to get + no guarantee that your stuff will stay there.

    1) Are you aware of the videos showing players receiving up to 90% damage mitigation against over a half dozen opponents, and surviving for long periods of time?

    2) IS this being looked into or is it something intentional within the class and or combat system design?

    3) Is there something coming soon to fix the issues people are having in cyrodiil and IC where they lose their controls and can not do things like activate skills, open doors, or even utilize functions involving mouse clicks? EDIT: This is usually fixed by reloading the UI or even changing districts in IC.

    4) Additionally is there a fix coming for the problem with siege weapons losing their targeting arcs and being un-aimable? It can require a player to hop on and off the siege up to five times and is making operating siege quite annoying when in a fight.

    What's the current status of character services like reshaping, renaming or changing race and faction of chars? Is something like this going to be implemented anytime soon? There's so many people longig for it to come!

    On several occasions I've been outside of the red zone of an enemies attack (Particularly bosses) and yet still take the damage according to my health bar and add on damage meters. Is there any indication that the size of red zones is bigger than what is being displayed in game, or are enemy attacks happening before their animation is being displayed?

    It would do you some good to look into previous posts both here and elsewhere. Half of these questions at least have either already been asked or answered.

    I honestly prefer mine staying ordered as is actually but I suppose an option to sort them as you see fit wouldn't hurt.

    Can you give us a better idea of when early next year (big difference between January and say April)? I love the game but I'm having a hard time justifying spending money on DLC when these larger balance and ability improvements for classes aren't being addressed in a timely manner.

    Why can't we get more smaller changes and fixes to help with balance instead of having to wait so long for these types of changes? Balancing things should be an incremental process, not wide sweeping changes.

    He means since all the changes as of late DKs can't go on the power trips they once did and he misses that.

    Ps4 player here and I played many other MMOs starting with Ultima and of course WoW. ESO offers many play styles for every type of player and is better than other MMOs in my opinion. That being said I could complain about many things but I know how the balancing act works, so I just have one. And that is guild stores. I'm sorry but they are dumb. I try to play as much as I can but I can't play as much as others due to the fact that I'm a father and running around Tamriel searching guild traders is not something I want to spend what little time I have doing. So my question is, can guild traders be changed to make them a little more convenient? Or perhaps maybe the most "prized" traders (maybe top 10?) Be available at personal banks.

    Maybe you can search a guild which is using a similar concept like we do?

    Chez nous, you will not gather plenty of Air Miles because you have to travel from guild trader to guild trader to determine a price for your selling items. You just use our pricelist.

    If you're a customer, you're not ripped off. You pay for all items a rather low price. Sure, you can find them a bit cheaper if you want to, but then you have to waste your time.

    Best bet is hit up the most popular kiosks, such as the ones in Rawl'kha. Each faction's capitol area is also usually crowded with players from said faction.

    You're not the first person to complain about the Guild Trader system though and won't be the last, but I seriously doubt it's going anywhere.

    When you start a new character and you want to be a Sorceror, could you please add a staff to the cast off weapons you have please? I want to use a staff as soon as I can. No, I don't want to use a sword or a two handed sword, I would like a staff. I found that due to horrible RNG and having to rely upon it to get a staff off an enemy and usually I have out levelled the area before I find one.

    You get a bow and Cadwell's lost item but no staff.

    Just a thought really.

    That's the answer I expected, I thought my suggestion was an honest comprise. But honestly if I were to have my druthers, (I hate to use wow as an example because I know eso is trying to do something different) I would like the auction system like in wow. And while we are at it, eso guild system is dumb too. There is no cohesion. 5 guilds? There is no real competition or (guild pride) I remember being apart of one of the first guilds in the Horde to complete Blackwing Lair after hours of wiping and we were recognized for it. I stand by my earlier comment as far as eso being the best mmo at the moment, it's just little things that bother me about this game. You will never see me complain about buffs or nerfs, I know they come and go. (No stanim a regin while blocking... cough cough) I'm having fun with magica right now.

    I like the game pad support I've tested on the PTS but will we be able to assign button controls? Not just have a few different controller templates. I hate the "press left joystick to sprint" assignment and I'm sure that many would prefer to customize theirs as well.

    Hi. I'm pretty new here - played beta but only just picked this game up again in the last 2 months. It's a beautiful elaborate game and I'm enjoying it very much. I'm in a lovely guild but one via a friend from another game. But on of the reasons I want to play an MMO is to meet tons of different people :) I've met so many fascinating people from all around the world from all sorts of backgrounds via online games.

    Which brings me to the grouping system.

    I'm sure it's been asked before, but instead of a looking for group thing, have you ever considered a menu thing? So that you can see what groups are up and are looking for people, look over that group and see if you like it, and then directly contact that leader? You're so transparent in your store menus (that is excellent) - why not carry over this transparency into your grouping menus?

    Still getting the hang of this game and it might just be I'm only vet 3 and heals (and I am learning how much friendly contempt there is for 'dirty rotten questors' too) . But it would be great to be able to more easily group with people.

    I'm with you on this. I'd like more options, I'd really like keybord and mouse support on ps4 (and xbone) just doesn't feel right to me playing with controller. But if I have to use a controller, then give me more options. And don't tell me to go to pc.
