    Still no mention of game time compensation for those of us who couldn't play due to a fault which wasn't caused by anything on our end?

    Well I started the 4gb update last night, come on tonight and it crashes every time I load it up (error 11) wants to download full 23gb now following repair...

    This is ridiculous, every patch they break something new and I think this will mean the end for me now, have just had enough of all this bullcrap.

    Also wants me to download the client again. As I've already been given this excuse before I refuse to wait another day when this is only going to happen again. Fix the launcher or I'm out. Also I'm not getting error 11, I'm getting error 15.

    Im sorry to not read through all 5 pages, but have you ever messed with msconfig? I remember my launcher not responding at all and had some malware not being picked up by my virus protection. Removed it and it worked fine.

    This is a rather old post, in the end most of us had to re-download the whole game with no compensation.. good times.

    Your response is not even serious.

    Don't talk to that support... its a waste of time.
    Try to close the launcher and open it again several times during the download and installation process.
    Also if u have some files of the game try to copy the eso folder itself and that way windows sometimes shows u corrupted files by not beeing able to move them (delete those).
    Also try to deactivate all starting programms in ur msconfig.

    That did it for me... had almost the same issue.
    I assume this problem occurs due to some audiomess they did.
    It is definately not ur computer. Its Zenimax's work here which has proven unworthy of beeing paid once again.
