Probally not, ESO does not care about customers. At least this is my experience with customer services. I always get the same run around and palm face from them.
To bad cause the game is great, but i do not know how much more I can take. It stops somewhere for me to.

Then there's the players that can log onto the PTS, but not their main server. Or those that can log onto the EU server and not the NA server and vice versa. Clearly the issue is on the player's end, right?
Also, they've admitted it's on their end.

This is a very sad attempt to justify a net coding error when we're talking about an online game...(so 1 person can log on / "location??? LOL) It's rather the symptom of poor coding and unsatisfactory quality checking.HelpingHand wrote: »The problem lies with the security checks in place and when multiple accounts attempt to log on from the same 'location' it is triggered and this is a symptom of that.
This is even funnier (here I meant you, the excuse is even worse than the previous).HelpingHand wrote: »Something that can be corrected, but ultimately the players fault for not having any kind of stability in account access or management.

Something that can be corrected, but ultimately the players fault for not having any kind of stability in account access or management.

After finding a way that does help some people log in, it made me wonder about the login process. I am actually wondering how they have it set up.
For instance, let's say they have multiple nodes which a player can connect to, now when Player A was playing and disconnected, let's pretend that the node he was connected to didn't see he disconnected. Now, if the player were to try logging in on that same node (assuming zenimax doesn't have something in place to check for an account attempting to log in more then once and either auto kick the account or warn it) the login server would simply kick them back out thinking they were still in the game. So, let's now consider if the person spams the login server and finally, by a shred of luck, hits a different node then the one he was originally connected to. This new node does not see his account ingame so it allows it to connect.
Now, before anyone jumps on here and says this must be the issue, please understand it is only a possibility of what could be the issue, and it all depends on how the login server is set up.
\Sit and wait till they restart your server or play an alt on the other mega server, are the only things you can do. No amount of rebooting or port tweaking can fix this.
