Error Code 301:3:1:1229:90098 since crash over an hour ago

    301 3:1:1229:90098, since I got a black sceen yesterday, I haven't been able to log in since. I resarted everything, reinstalled everything, changed my ip, and a bunch of other stuff. AND cannot log in still

    Same error, was questing in DeShawn then game crashed. Currently reinstalling the game to see if that helps.

    Mine is not working either. I thought it was just me. Glad I saw someone post a link to these. I've been locked out for 48 hours. Sent in a ticket. Got the same advice as everyone else. D:

    Just randomly started working for me :D. Tried literally 2 minutes ago, got the 301, now it just logged me in <3. Hope the rest of you get a fix soon!

    Did you try putting esonline into the exception list?

    I am having the same issue after being unexpectedly dropped out of game at 3am PST Saturday. Have attempted numerous things to try and fix the issue to no avail. To be clear, when I attempt to login after entering my password it cycles with the "attempting login" message until it times out and then when I reenter the password I get an error code 301 (3:1:1229:90098) message. I have filed a customer service ticket on this matter, #140525-000300. Hoping they get this rectified soon.

    Thanks for the suggest, but I've already long added exceptions, repaired, uninstalled/reinstalled. There are people who literally have 1 working account and try to log into another account on the same PC with the same settings and it's just not working.

    Also how can you tell if you got the most recent patch or not?

    Error 301, Login timeout, Error 301, Login timeout.

    Yeah... some form of official announcement and ETA on fix would be nice, keeping your players logged out for the weekend and more rage quitters are gonna hit that 'unsub' button.

    my account has been doing this since thursday night shortly after the patch got a reply the first hour from support asking for my GC report yesterday morning,,have not heard back from them as of yet.

    THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Thank you for posting this. I've been yelling at the customer support that port forwarding AGAIN won't fix this. My fiance, sitting right across from me, is playing on her account just fine. Me... Login errors. My 3 day weekend of gaming is non-existent.

    Interesting, if I enter a wrong password, it knows, that the password is wrong, so basically it is logging us in, just when I enter the correct password, it can not finish the login, estill timeout or 301.

    Where are you developers? Why you can not fix a MAIN issue for xx days?

    In my personal life, I am an MS Sharepoint and SQL database manager in a company with 1200+ employee and I m responsible for these systems. If I would not fix a global problem like this (not possible to work, not possbiel to log in into the system, etc.) during next 24 hours after it appears, the company would have fired me out from work... and it is not depend on if is weekend or weekday, I have to fix it asap, because the company is working also during the weekends.

    In relation to my above post..

    "Error 304 typically occurs when players have been suddenly booted from the server. It can sometimes take a bit of time for the server to register that a player character is no longer in-game, so it won't let the player log back in right away.

    Players encountering this error should wait a full 15-20 minutes before attempting to log in again. If the error still occurs after the wait period, players should contact Customer Support for further assistance."

    Wouldn't this bring more possibility that it is our CHARACTER that is somehow not properly booted from the server and is stuck there twiddling his or her thumbs for hours/days on end?

    I have the same problem..
    - Restart my PC
    - Delete all add-ons
    - Delete ZO_ingame.lua file
    - Rename ProgramData to ProgramDataBackup
    - Restart my Router
    - Restart my Modem
    - Uninstall the game
    - Reinstall the game
    - run the game as admin
    I'm horribly frustrated right now too..

    BINGO same issue for me also, 16hours and counting. have tried many different things, Server reboot is needed our characters are stuck ingame, black holed, or whatever you want to call it. have tried to log in from several different machines in different locations.

    It was cute when it was 16 hrs. It's been since Thursday afternoon since I could log in. Wasted my entire weekend, which happened to be a holiday weekend for me as well. I just wanted to finished grinding from vr8 to 10 for my craglorn groups that start on Monday. I guess they just don't want my money.

    Had read it shall help for the most.

    Thanks for the suggest, but that makes no sense if people can literally log in on one account with 0 issue, yet cannot on another account on the same pc.

    yeah but i got an similar problem some weeks ago. was some files which didnt worked right. ok That case it was an addon. But an HD errror can cause the same thing easy.

    It took 3 full days to finally acknowledge there is an issue (despite multitudes of people opening tickets and posting on the boards about it..) -- Not exactly a fast reply.. But I guess a reply is a reply... and hopefully we'll all be up and running soon. Even if it's running in the opposite direction of this game.

    Servers should of been rebooted days ago when hundreds of people sent in tickets they were 301 also. but no the replys we got from support were out right insulting.

    I am getting this error now, are you guys able to log in yet?
    If real life had a block function i would go out more.

    Proud to have spent a year paying to BETA test ESO for consoles.

    Nope...some are logged in due to server reboot. I am not one of those people. I am still in the endless TIMEOUT loop 301 error.

    It's getting really stupid.
