Because the orange style is not from the same "pack" as the blue styles.
If you observe the pattern of DK, we had the original couple of blue styles from years ago. Then we got most of the rest of the remaining skills during its class refresh. But the final two skills to "complete the pack" were reserved for Gold Coast Bazaar purchases. If you do all of those things then you have an entire blue "pack" of DK skills.
You will likely have to wait for the Arcanist class refresh to get the majority of the blue skill styles. Otherwise, you can buy two more from the Gold Coast Bazaar. The orange pack, like the Celestial Sorcerer style, are not meant to articulate with that "pack", they are more one-offs if you happen to find them interesting on their own.

Much like any other game with a battle pass, I rarely pay attention to the tasks and just play the game. If I check something off, great, if not... oh well. So far I've been checking off as I play, and so far I don't have a problem with it. Thankfully I can re-roll tasks to find ones that fit how I play- so that makes it easier to check things off the weekly list.

I wanted to chime in and agree. I've been soloing in MMOs for decades and I always solo. Then why aren't you just playing Skyrim on you own single player computer?
I am not the OP, but the reason that I am playing ESO now and not Skyrim is that, after the 50th character you start off as something new that ends up as a stealth archer, it's really nice to have something new to do.

I also noticed the Warrior Topknots in that promotion—it would be great to have that hairstyle released. Not sure if it needs a slight asset update, but the design is much better.
I'm not sure how the Warrior Wave Locs made it to the game. The locs look like play-doh, or a patch of garden eels. Maybe it's one of those cases where a design is changed and edited to so much that it winds up coming out weird.
In any case, I hope they don't add it to any NPCs or quest givers.

All the class sets outside of Corpse Burster (and pre nerf pyre brand) are not good, they all need to be reworked

It depends on what you're trying to define as trolling. Killing other players in a PvP zone is not considered trolling. Teabagging is only considered trolling if they continue to do it after you've asked them to stop, as it is also the video game equivalent of the middle finger. Refusing to help fight in a keep is not considered trolling.
STuff like repeatedly harassing the same person is considered trolling. Using slurs in chat is considered trolling. Those types of behaviors will get you banned.
So, the answer to your question, yes, trolling is bannable. But no, ZOS does not guarantee that every person you report will automatically be considered a troll. It depends on what it is they're doing. And what counts as a bannable offense is within ZOS' sole discretion because it is their game.

As a result, you probably have to make a strong case with lots of evidence, if you want to report a player for bad behaviour.
