Absolutely wrong.
Any boss fight is always (with rare exceptions) a matter of survival, not damage. A damaging tank has a much better chance of killing a boss solo than a DD with the "highest damage output in the game."
This is why ESO (and other modern games) doesn't have such a thing as "endgame group content". Because "endgame group content" isn't about your gear and the numbers above the head, but about "the coordinated work of many people" (that's why 24-ppl and 40-ppl raids were the hardest). This is why the first raids in such games were always static and required knowledge of the boss's script (aka game mechanics). You didn't even have to kill the boss; getting him down to 2-3% health was enough.
I would like to know how many trifectas you have if any, because I have a strong feeling you have no idea about ESO pve at all

In a game where trials affect the gameplay as much as fishing, you not only decided that your part of the game is the only one, but even in that part, you justify skipping game mechanics... That is, none, as expected. Carefully read the title of the topic and the question of the person who created it.
You are talking absolute nonsense that has nothing to do with ESO, and I also see in you a complete lack of understanding of combat mechanics and buildcrafting. There is no need for comparisons with other games here, because we are talking exclusively about ESO.
I don't see any point in communicating further.

It was excellent for the fortunate players who did the very first run; very much bugged for everyone else.
I was part of the first run and even that was bugged.

PS-NA- I already finished Worm Turns and was at the point to start the second quest, and abandoned it after completing the fortress, Skordo still not showing up. I've relogged, left the zone, tried picking up the second quest again, leaving the zone and abandoning it, still no Skordo...

@ZOS_GinaBruno was like you said, I did the fortress and completed "the worm turns" before thinking about handing "Support the fellowship" in. Unfortunately after having completed "The worm turns, abandoning the next quest in line doesn't help. I tried to abandon "Hunt for the great mage", but that didn't help. Still no Skordo.

You cannot complete the quest if you click the lens when it tells you to. If you don't click the lens then you will be able to get Skordo but can no longer trigger the lens to click - BROKEN like everything for this 'event;.

OP somehow managed to earn the First Anniversary and the Second Anniversary badge on the same day (yesterday)? How does that happen? Genuine question, do you need to visit the forum while logged in for it to trigger?
Was wondering the same last night. This is the single most suspicious account I've ever seen, though some digging around did show me info that makes me think it might be a player. Of course, zos staff can be players so who knows. Either way I feel it's better to treat it like it might be genuine.
The OP is not a fake account, they are an actual player. I've been in a guild with them. That said, I don't agree with the tone or content of their original post which, fortunately, has been preserved via the comments rather than being lost due to a later edit.

Now, it seems a work-around to get unstuck without waiting days for support to help you - these tips came from guildmates who got trapped and successfully rescued with these tricks - is queue for a random 4-man dungeon or have someone group with you, then the leader queue for group IC. Both instances of trapped guildmates were sucked out of perma-death and into new instances via that method.
At any rate, I’m not going in there. And since I wouldn’t be able to grab the skyshard in there anyway, my completionist self is sidelining the whole zone at this point.
v11.1.4 and STILL no mention of a fix for heavy attack bug.
Again, we have an update to the patch notes that don't mention anything about fixing the heavy attack bug. We can still expect to get some new heavy attack sets though.

Half of the games are like that. I do not understand what you do in ranked game if you have to contemplate what to do with your 3 golds for a whole minute. I'm not even exaggerating here. Some people are just...I don't know what. They are not even slow. They are insecure. They can't even decide what card to buy in a GAME where it doesn't really matter. One player resently actually lost gold because they had about 20 of it, and just couldn't decide how to use all of that in one turn, and so they run out of time. I almost felt sorry for them, but didn't because by then I was so damn furious about the whole game taking forever because one person can't just play the game. They act like their whole life depends on one card and if they buy a wrong one, their head will explode or something.
Then there are people who are doing something else while playing. Those I want to slap through internet. You know they have YouTube or something going on because they take half a minute to start their turn. When they finally start, they play normally, but it takes forever again. So I just find something else to do too, because if they can waste my time I can waste theirs and we are even.
I admit I'm sometimes guilty of the latter, but usually on my first turn. I do my first action, click the hourglass, then change a Youtube video and then within seconds realize "crap I didn't actually click the dang hourglass"
