That doesn't answer the question though if that's supposed to be "full Sheo" appearing on Nirn, or an aspect of him that has manifested - basically like he sent part of his power to appear as some kind of embodiment on Nirn. An avatar basically. I think there was dialogue that called Skooma cat an aspect of Sheogorath, but I don't have time to search for that quote now, unfortunately.
I don’t have any solid lore evidence (like “it said in x lorebook”) but I’m of the opinion that all the Princes we see are just manifestations. My belief is that the true form of a god is a sphere, thus the Princes are really their realms, though their manifestations still hold power (it’d be interesting to see how that holds up with Jyggalag if we ever see him again, since he is realmless (although follow-up to that, if he’s realmless because his realm is now the Shivering Isles… where did his Daedra come from when they invaded the Shivering Isles?)). Reason being is that, well, Masser and Secunda are spheres and that’s the corpse of Lorkhan. The “sun” is a circle, so Magnus leaving must’ve been him, as a sphere, floating away. Mannimarco’s ascension made the Necromancer Moon.
So… Sheogorath is the Shivering Isles and Skooma Cat is the form he chooses for when he sends part of himself to Elsweyr.

I think it's important to point out that this is technically incorrect; Azureblight is only truly better/broken right now in a single target situation because of how the bug works.
In a group scenario/against multiple targets, it's still mostly worse than before due to the built in cooldown and lack of scaling that it used to have.
It's important to make this distinction so that the team knows what to fix.
It is broken in a single target scenario and needs to be fixed. It's blowing every other pressure set out of the water in single target because of the bug.

I agree a confirmation box would both be more useful and more consistent with the rest of the game.
I haven't had this problem yet, but only because I expected it to happen from past experience with other games so I'm very careful to check before selecting an item that it's the one I want.
I suspect it's the work of more than one person, but only because there's inconsistencies within the design too like the challenge pages using a completely different UI design (which is also different to anything else in the game).
The whole thing looks like it was thrown together very quickly by people without much experience on ESO, so they may well have not known and not had time to check what the normal format is in this game.
I haven't had this problem yet, but only because I expected it to happen from past experience with other games so I'm very careful to check before selecting an item that it's the one I want.
Strongly agree. I have almost accidentally purchased items more than once in the short time the Tome has been available.
The whole Tome interface seems full of choices that deviate from the rest of the game for no meaningful reason. It leaves me with the impression of being the work of a single designer who never really uses the keyboard+mouse interface in-game.

Extremely minor, but yes.
The core (very faint) differences appear to be the following:
Shorter Snout
Longer Tail
Slimmer Stomach
Slightly more fur/hair around the neck.

What parts of the system worked toward a positive play experience?
It was nice to see something new in 3 of the base game zones.
If any, what suggested improvements do you have for the Favors system, based on your time engaging with the system?
The tasks requested by the favors are just too mundane to be interesting, at least the day one tasks. One was a fetch quest and another was to kill a delve boss. If they build up to something more, that might be ok, but I'd definitely like to see more interesting challenges with more interesting rewards.

While the daily rewards might be appropriate for the tasks, neither are compelling. I was hoping for a system that was worth engaging with for its own sake, but right now this feels like little more than a chore that I'll probably do just long enough to get a capstone reward and then ignore it forever.
