Transmute Station Locations: just "Huh?"
This was not addressed in the Patch Notes that I saw, but Solitude and Sunport are both missing from the list of Transmutation Station locations. The rest make sense: 3 alliance capitals plus Eyevea (base-game), Wrothgar (chapter in all but name), and the main towns in all the chapters except those two. This is not a complaint as much as a "I'm really trying to figure out the reasoning behind this." I'm doubtful that it's a Nord thing or an Altmer/Argonian thing, so that leaves more practical stuff like there just wasn't room to fit one in the guildhall or somesuch.

I actually was able to get on briefly, though I don't believe I was supposed to? I hope this post is okay but I wanted to give some folks something to see.
The Pack Leader (which I don't have screenshots for) had blue/green markings, I couldn't tell against the white body, but still. Sadly, here's the only shots I have.

Gameplay wise, I LOVE the size increase, i think this is great. Though the audio left much to be desired, but some also felt bugged, so I won't heavily comment on that since I did get on early and some things clearly weren't working right.
I hate the glowing markings, I knew this would happen but I still hate it, sorry guys.
I like the model though. I have my gripes, but I don't hate it, I can accept this.
Animation wise, I felt a little disconnected at spots, just like how I feel with new DK and new Two-handed, but it may just take some time to get used to. I'll probably open a more detailed feedback thread once the PTS properly opens.

From the PTS we now know the amount of story content. From the patch notes: it is all over existing zones in Tamriel and Glenumbra has a modernization pass like the starter zones.

Re: The Vestige’s mortality and afterlife status in ESO after reclaiming their Soul?
It was my understanding--perhaps incorrect--that a small fragment of our soul remained with us, and that was part of the reason we were so different from the other soul shriven. Then at the end when the souls were released from Molag Bal/Coldharbour, our soul came back to us because that fragment drew it.
The body being formed from chaotic creatia was something I didn't realize for years, and that part doesn't sit well with me. It would be quite shocking to come across our former body, moldering away. Although I have noticed that corpses in this game are never in various states of decay. They're either full-bodied freshly dead, or skeletons.
However, if our bodies are chaotic creatia, even with our full soul, that would explain why we can keep resurrecting and using wayshrine travel even after we're fully souled again, which I would think would make us essentially not really mortal. So if we never can truly die, our soul will never get released to any afterlife. Yet something has to eventually kill the Vestige, or else the Vestige goes anonymous, because no one seems to know about them in later timelines. What'll probably happen is Meridia will come along and kill us/claim our souls and make us work for her forever. She'll considered it payment for how she "helped" us in Coldharbour.
I'm not sure that the game mechanics of resurrection and wayshrine usage ever really needed a lore explanation (we don't get lore explanations for our crafting bag, or regular bags, or house teleporting, etc.), but we got one.

The fireball meteor was like that when it first dropped as well, where other players couldn't see it in orange. They fixed that in a later update.

[Tales of Tribute] The Bewilderment Bug that Stops Patron Use is Back
It happened this event that when donated a card and drew a Bewilderment, I was no longer able to use any Patron until I made another game action first. In this case I played a card.
Exact Chain of events:
Used Festival of Forbearance
Used Mercy Mother Elite
Declined to Donate a Card
Used Philanthopy
Donated a card
Drew Bewilerment
I couldn't use either of my 2 available patron uses.
I played a card from my hand and the Patrons lit back up. i could use them again.
I'll also point out that there is an issue with returning cards to the hand via Mother's Mercy and ALMSIVI'S charity that causes cards to come from the played cards pile and go back their or into tableau upside down (showing their back face) and sometimes crooked. In the case that it is an agent being retrieved and being put into tableau, it can still be interacted with via assigning power against it's health.
Oh yea, the Delmene patron still lies to players by having an incorrect tool tip. It literally doesn't do what it says it does. Or, I should say, it does more than it says it does. There is little good reason for this.
I'm not saying that you should care. I know that you have to care some amount. I'm saying that you should care more. That last one would literally only require a wording change lol.
Anyhow, my guess about the top issues is that they are probably things going wrong due to some consequence of multiple effects having to be resolved, and put in line, at a time. That's my guess.

What? Are you really asking why others who are facing DKs would find it less fun if the DK's already overtuned ability was made even easier to use? Take a look at the forums. The class is clearly overperforming, and you've come here asking for buffs and are claiming that wouldn't impact anyone else's experience of fun.

I think the skill is fine in the scope of a pure class DK, but when you pair Power Lash with subclassing it’s way to easy to proc in just about any scenario.
If you look at videos and streams of gameplay we don’t see lots of people struggling to get Power Lash to proc regularly, in fact, the opposite.
People don’t want to admit it but the truth is that Power Lash is delivering Ult levels of output for WAY less than an Ult cost barrier. 5 slaps of Power Lash will deal more damage than most Ults, more widely, and with both an AoE and heal component.
Speaking of Ults, that’s another borrowed benefit Power Lash received, it’s 8m AoE. Most skills that have an AoE secondary effect have the usual 5m range. We typically see 8m used for Ults, yet, Lash received 8.
When you factually stack up number scaling values and mechanical attributes Power Lash lines up closer to an Ult than a core skill so to ask for any kind of a buff is silly and will only open the door for the skill to be looked at critically and likely nerfed by the Devs.
I don’t know any other skill in the game that gives (basically) 2 for 1 Ult levels of power like this skill does without the Ult pacing.
If Power Lash was really so incredibly unfun or hard to proc then the reality is few people would use it, they’d a lot of subclass something else.

It's not just that: many audio settings get reset every time the game restarts. It's a bug that was present in the past, got fixed, but returned in U49.
For example, I have to set my Effects Volume manually to 2 every time I restart the game, because it defaults to 11.
It's not an addon issue. It's a returning bug. Please fix it for good! It's super annoying.
