1. I don't understand why you're only comparing pricing on the Prem+bonus and not just premium.
2. I think you've misunderstood bonus pages. Bonus pages are just additional pages in the tome, that could be numbered 11 or 12 for all we care. Free rewards you can unlock and acquire from the Tome of Dawn and Dusk include up to 8,000 Seals, 9,000 Trade Bars, six crown crates, and a selection of currencies, consumables, and furnishing boxes.

Premium is for the people who like to spend on assorted cosmetics. Premium+Bonus is for people who value the Robes at $15 and/or just really want the extra tome caches. Those are the only extra things in that tier. These should be compared to people buying crowns for a thing they really want, not to chapter buying.

They REALLY should have mentioned in at least one of the livestreams AND one of the articles about the Tomes that only 2k would carry over from Season to Season, and I'm honestly kinda bewildered they didn't bring up such an important point.

I also don't see why CS can't remove the Points from your account and just reissue the Caches again.
