@ZOS_GinaBruno Just wanted to add my voice to this as well, I logged in just now (PC EU) and still sitting at 0/99 (even after a solid 8+ hour gap of being logged out (computer switched off, unplugged and everything) between periods logged in).

Hopefully these missing days can be all credited once the issue is found and fixed. 15 points per day might not seem like much, but that is nearly 1500 points missing if someone does happen to log in every single day over the course of a season, which is 3/4 of the way (on it's own) towards unlocking a full page of the tome and could make the difference between getting to the last page or not for some players.

SAme, I logged in after the season went live, and it didn't count for me.

If you have not upgraded the Tome and only get 96 login rewards in before the Tome ends, then you have "missed" 45 Tome Points. That's not a lot.

If you upgrade to Premium or Premium Plus, then you can complete the login challenge at any point but it stops at 99 daily logins.

This is what happened to me too.

On the small chance this is the problem: You have to select the Daily in order to claim it. Every time. It doesn't auto-update when you log in.

I haven't read through every post yet, so forgive me if this repeats what someone else has already said, but I think the reason we might not get credit for the first login is because we had already logged in on that day-- as determined by the daily server reset-- prior to the Season going live.

Since the first day of the Season was also the first day of the Anniversary Event and the last day of the Jester's Festival, most players would have logged in after their server reset for the day but before the end of the Jester's Festival, to claim their final 300 Trade Bars from the Jester's Festival.

Then they would haved logged in again after the Anniversary Event went live, which would be their second login that day and hence not counted for this challenge, even though it was their first login after the Season went live.

I did correctly receive credit for logging in on PCEU last night after the server reset again, so it should work correctly for each daily login moving forward; it's just that the first day got messed up because of the unusual situation of one event ending and then another event immediately beginning, which I think only ever happens for the end of Jester's Festival and the beginning of the Anniversary Event.

And anyone who wasn't able to log in between their daily server reset and the end of the Jester's Festival probably got credit as expected when they logged in for the first day of the Anniversary Event.

There were two daily systems previously. Let's talk about how this Tome situation is different.

Previously, you had to log in X amount of days that month to get the reward at position X+1. This means if you wanted reward 26 and you missed five days that month, you were out of luck entirely. This new system does not have rewards in sequence this way. All rewards are the same (a handful of Tome Points).

Also previously, you had to log in and do 3 endeavors for the seals. Sometimes these tasks took a considerable amount of time compared to simply logging in (depending on how fast you could log in / claim reward / log out, something like 1000x more time). They have decoupled the "tasks that take time" from the "daily activity," meaning all you have to do to claim the daily reward that you fear missing out on is log in and claim.

So no, the system is not exactly the same, nor is it just as bad as it used to be. It is an objective improvement.

What's weird is that previously the daily login reward system did recognise if we were already logged in. I usually start playing before daily reset, and at reset, there's (well, was) a notification in my chatbox to let me know of a new daily login reward. It was a smooth process under that system.

My daily login is not being counted either.

Yes. Today had to set an alarm on my phone to remember log out at 5:58 (reset is 6:00 for my timezone) not to lose third reward in a row. Very, very exciting gameplay.

Logged in every day but only one able to be collected so far. Can't progress to the next page without these points so yeah, poorly executed.

And how exactly is this challenge better from daily login rewards? After all that verbiage about unburdening us from FOMO? Not only that we need to log in every single day, but the new system also forces us to go through several levels of menus to get to the challenge. And to look at that *ugly* new tome interface that hurts my eyes.
