Game Freezing for a few seconds after Update 49
I've had game freezes every now and then since Update 49.
I have uninstalled all addons, uninstalled/reinstalled the game. That does absolutely nothing.
I hear a bunch of others complaining about this issue as well.
Also having issues with picking locks now. My mouse feels "stuck" when trying to pick a lock. I can easily pick locks before this update, now I have an incredibly hard time trying to pick locks, even simple locks.
Seems like there's lots of performance bugs with this latest update.
It sucks to try to tank when your game freezes for a couple seconds.
This needs to be a priority fix.

Just as an FYI to anyone who has Caches: those give 2k Points for that Tome. Each season resets the Points to 2k maximum, so if you cash in all of your Caches now, you will not have them for future Seasons in case you can’t play consistently then.

- You get Caches of Tome Points with every full month of ESO+. A cache can be opened to apply 2000 Tome Points instantly to any Tome. Tomes will reset seasonally, so it is best to use them if you know one season you will not be able to earn many points.
- You have a stash of Points, so everything you buy will reduce that total like other currencies in game
- You can buy things in any order. The only issue is that pages need you to have earned a certain number of points (additive) throughout that tome to be eligilbe to buy those rewards.
- ESO+ gives a 10% bonus for all Points earned. You earn points in the Challenges screen, and the numbers shown are the base value you get. Having active ESO+ will mean you get that amount +10%.

ESO+ Should either not have a cap to the tome points that can be transferred to the next season or the reset should be after a year, or it should be significantly increased or it should be A LOT clearer when opening the cache that you can only take 2000 into the next season. A few people in my guild have 20k+ points and no desire for anything more in the current season.

It's not another subscription. It's a battle pass. It's separate from your sub. You're paying 15 dollars for the ability to earn points to unlock rewards on maybe 8 to 10 pages of the pass. Yes you're paying 15 bucks but the rewards are decent. The free pass also has some decent rewards, so you can interact with the system and not pay.

Ok so for being subbed you get, for each month starting in January, a token. It's in your currency tab. When you have 12, you trade it for a free season premium plus tome.
I understand that part. I just thought a sub meant access to the premium rewards. Like the 15.99 sub was access to premium rewards and 29.99 was access to premium plus. It would have been nice to have more incentive to sub, but oh well xD
I too think the sub has been devalued.
Premium tokens useless?
Things haven't been very well explained by ZOS, and I'm struggling to make sense of these tomes and tokens. If you have ESO+, you get a premium token for every month you subscribe, since January of this year.. But you can't actually use the tokens until you have 12? And that unlocks the Premium + Bonuses tome, which costs only two months of ESO+? And the premium tome gives you different rewards, but not a better choice of challenges? Absolutely none of this makes any sense to me, can someone who understands please explain.

New tome PREMIUM Monster Slayer personality don't use character own greatsword. WHY?
This personality is behind pay wall "Premium". It uses a greatsword on the shoulder ALL THE TIME. If someone (for some reason) decide to use the personality with a NON-GREATSWORD character it's ok the effect use a "fake" one unsheathed from nowhere.
But if we use this personality on an already "greatsword-owner" character, why the effect don't use the weapon already in place?
Is it too much difficult to create the effect? It demands to much devs work? Lack if dev capacity to make such specific visual work?
To see our character using TWO greatswords awkwardly at same time is heck WEIRD. And lame. Considering that this personality if behind a "pay money" wall, which supposedly should indicate best quality and special reward I really wish to know WHY it is so poorly made.

Full disclosure: I'm biased and yes, I want to see Maormer as a playable race. I love them to bits and would main them forever. With that out of the way...
While I agree that there are lore implications that do have to be considered, I'm of the opinion that such limitations are writing prompts.
A deep seated rivalry with the Altmer doesn't have to mean we never get Maormer characters. We've seen Maormer be neutral, or even friendly, in certain cases. Consider the Maormer traders at the docks in Abah's Landing, or the mouthpiece of a certain Venerable Daedrat in the upcoming Night Market. There can absolutely still be consequences to that, as in the case of the tragic story of Castire and Pandermalion in Sea Keep, Summerset.
Perhaps, hypothetically, playable Maormer could part of a faction of traders or diplomats, rejected by greater Pyandonean society for being willing to cavort with the Altmer. Maybe we could have some dialogue here and there that hints at the High Elf/Sea Elf rivalry. I think that would be enough, personally.
Ultimately: Time, resources, and Developer desire should be the only consideration here. If the Devs had all of those things? Yes, new playable races would be awesome.
