I think the dew claws on the Werewolf make sense.

Real-life wolves do not have the dew claws on their hind paws, but rather only on their front paws. However, humans have five toes and five fingers per foot/hand.

So, a combination of human and wolf might see the dew claw (an iconic part of a real-life wolf) integrated somewhere, and since the werewolf form already has five fingers on each hand, it makes sense to let the feet have five toes as well via the dew claws.

I want to wish my character a Happy Anniversary. 10 years ago, today I created my first ESO toon. My Nord DK Stam, Valeria the Barbarian. Although I created her in 2016 and only got to play a little at a time before life got in the way, I came back in 2020 playing just about daily. Thank you ESO and ESO family!!! Looking forward to more!

While the critters aren't real, I understand what you are getting at. I hate arriving in town and seeing just about every NPC lying on the ground and no other NPCs even notice. At least in Skyrim the NPCs and guards would react to a death even if you were in stealth mode.

I think the challenge to kill 1,000 "foes" should be taken literally, foes attack you so you can kill them. Killing something that isn't aggro'd shouldn't count. Edit: I think ZOS should increase the number of zones where foes can be killed.


Now, if there's a killer rabbit in the game, he had it coming.

1,000 kills for the seasonal challenge in three designated areas. In dungeons/delves, mobs don't count, but in the overland, all you need to do is kill a harmless little animal with a light attack (they have 1 hp) to boost your score.
Does that seem fair to you?
I obviously refrain from this senseless hunt for squirrels, deer, or the cute little Nixads, but I'm outraged by the obscene spectacle of thousands of players mercilessly crushing everything that moves. It disgusts me.
But what was the need for that?
This game often stands out for protecting certain minorities, and I'm pleased. Why not protect the sensibilities of those who oppose the killing of innocent little animals?
What demonstration of skill or strength is firing a light attack at a hare or a heron?
I hope ZOS reconsiders, and along with the promised fix to the zone dungeons/delves, that ZOS does not continue to encourage this needless slaughter.

Agreed, he is one of the best things they put in the game in years.

He has a lot of neat lines, especially with old content. One of my favorites is when you complete an Abyssal Geyser in Summerset and he reacts with "Sometimes I wish our adventures were less ... damp. Var, var, var." but he will also make comments when you defeat dolmens in base games zone. Or when you summon a feline pet with him and he says "I wonder if Ja'kh will play nicely with your pet there. But I think he may be as shy in death as he was in life." I was actually pleasantly surprised with the amount of voice lines they gave him. Even for random things like using the Coin of Illusory Riches Momento he will shout "Heads. I call heads! ... I suppose that counts?".

I love his deep voice, find it soothing
I love his Ta'agra lines
I love his funny comments "Heads, I call heads, I suppose that counts"(And actually, that is with a memento of all things! haha), "At last. The shores are free from this terror you call … mudcrab." ahaha I love him

And I just found even more to love about him, he has lines for quests that were made before, YEARS before he was released. I have had him comment on some missions in Rawl'kha, Northern Elsweyr and now I was doing Southern Elsweyr's "Wall of life" mission and he also has comments there about that mission, I JUST LOVE that they thought of adding those and hope they keep on doing that(I mean, we are missing a wood elf companion, and many of us wanted Eveli so I am hoping they give us a worthy stand in for her, then we are also missing a Nord(And who knows, they could add a senche raht, dagi, sea elf(We do see a girl that was in a relationship with a High Elf, so they are not all evil) etc.

I only hope they chose amazing voice actors like the ones for Zerith, Sharp or Azandar, and not annoying like Mirri or ugh-Tanlorin(Sorry tree, we need your flesh chunk!, argh, I grit my teeth every time that line comes out, and to think that companion is one of the best damage dealers -_-)
