Stop saying this, because it's not true. If it were true, it wouldn't be a problem.
PvPers in IC see this happen daily. You get in a fight with someone, they realize they can't win, so they pop a defensive ult and press a button to queue out. They get pulled into Cyrodiil before their defensive ult even drops.
Should they change it so you simply can't queue while in combat? Absolutely, that'd be a better solution, but pretending the problem doesn't exist is disingenuous.

Do you even know how the queue system works? It takes time.
I even downloaded one of the addons in question to test this. Queueing for IC from Cyro took every bit of 10 seconds, maybe longer over on EU this morning. Queueing from IC to Cyro took roughly the same time.
I tested this over on NA this morning as well...guess what, it took time for the queue to pop, it wasn't "instant" as you claim, it definitely longer than a couple seconds, closer to 5 seconds. It's not like using an invis pot that truly is instant, where they can get out of the fight instantly, get to somewhere safe and either port out or try to gank someone else.
There is no instant queue for Cyro or IC, it does take time. To say it's instant as you claim, is just absolutely not true.

I don’t care what side of the fence you are on when it comes to add-ons, if this strike came from someone on this forum I want that person to know that they are not welcome here.
Add-On creators are champions of the community, they go out of their way to provide a free service to everyone.
It’s one thing to not like a specific add-on, it’s another thing entirely to push forward a false copyright strike against it. Such a surreal reminder every time some degen does something like this, that the actions of one person, or tiny group of people, can alter and degrade the experience for everyone.

And once you get the skill, you get arthritis. It's genius.
My guy you either need a better mouse, a more ergonomic grip on your mouse, or are spamming click way too fast if you think weaving is going to give you arthritis. Realistically you shouldn't be clicking more than once a second, and you arent going to be clicking any more than something like a fast paced FPS game.

PSA for console: Important libraries removed due to false copyright claims
LibHarvensAddonSettings (LHAS) has been removed from consoles, likely due to a false copyright strike. As LHAS is a required dependency for 95%(ish) of console add-ons, this means that when it is automatically uninstalled by the game, most addons will no longer be usable.
In addition to LHAS, LibQRCode was also removed, and the author recieved an email informing them that it was due to a copyright strike against the library. The recieval of an email about a copyright strike for LibQRCode is the reason that I believe LHAS also received a copyright strike.
Tamriel Savings Co has also been removed, probably for the same reason
For some background, LHAS is the only library on console that allows addons to create a settings menu. So that means most addons require it.
I've released a console version of LWC which doesn't require LHAS, and some other authors have done that as well for their addons. Unfortunately, without LHAS, you will be unable to change any settings, and will be stuck with whatever you had before this fiasco. And any other addons without such an update will not work unless LHAS is restored.

Who cares? It is open world, anything goes. Always use offline mode in Cyrodiil and you'll have a more enjoyable experience.

Everyone should die, I can’t respect a 1v1 next to a busy keep, sorry but no. And people conveniently choose not to fight certain people cause they are afraid to lose. This drives me nuts and happens all the time. And in the current meta it’s hard to respect anyone frankly, first sergeant WardenSorcBlades in Null with Charm 1v1ing outside of sej, yeaaaa ok.
