if Tank was not used,
would you have fully understood what the quest is about?

I'm well aware of how long the history of 'they' is in English, and I have nothing against it in modern language. However, for me personally it always breaks 'fantasy vibes'. Maybe that's because I'm not a native speaker. But even from, let's say, an 'aesthetic-linguistic point of view,' it still looks really clumsy when a text refers to three different persons as he, she, and they. The Tanlorin quest line is probably the most striking example.
And regarding Tanlorin's story, since I mentioned it. Can someone please explain to me why Tanlorin is 'the best of them,' where by 'them' the Garland Ring is meant? I really like all this secret club narrative, but Tanlorin doesn't strike me as the most competent agent.
Also, I'm now at a middle of Zerith-var quest line, and it is probably the best small story for a long time. Literally got my jaw dropped right from the beginning. There is a really enormous gap in writing level between his story and all of the other companions. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the scriptwriters, if they read it, that is. Great work!

We simply do not have the volume of posts that I feel this request is necessary. I also don't believe that you are missing or aren't seeing new threads due to one or two ongoing conversations that you have grown bored of.
Again, this is their website so if they find this to be a priority for them over everything else they can spend resources on, then so be it.
Vanilla may already have such a feature but just haven't activated it. If they don't and say they will not provide one then that is their answer. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

The posts have been off the original topic for many pages and it has become a personal conversation rather than a constructive discussion. It ran it's course but is not being allowed to naturally fade away. I'd rather newer threads occupy it's spot on my list which is why I want to hide it.

Whats the consensus about helping or watching if two people fight in Cyrodiil or IC?
For me, it always felt like staying outside from a duel, but fighting if three or more people.
Today, I received the criticism to not having helped during such a „duel“, so Im curious how you handle this.

If they want to work on adding a functionality so a few people can spend time removing all topics that don't interest them instead of just doing what most people do, which is read the title and move on, that's up to them.
This mostly seems like a forum rule friendly swipe at other posters in my opinion, which is something I have noticed as a pattern with some. (See, I can do it too.)
I do just pass by topics that don't interest me and eventually they conclude and move on to the back pages. But that doesn't always happen. I'd like to keep my list up to date with relevant topics.
This is not a swipe at anyone. It's an observation that some threads are no longer constructive and I'd like to hide them from my list so I can see more new threads.
