Just wanted to follow up here as well. We have escalated this issue with Vanilla. Along with some of the others that have been raised over the last few weeks. Waiting to hear back on what their plan is to resolve.

We are escalating with Vanilla right now. Not sure why they broke. We didn't have an update or anything.

Hi All. We are seeing some issue with Gray Host on PC NA, so we are going to perform a reset of the zone. If you are currently in Gray Host on PC NA, the reset will kick you out of the one. You will see this happen within the hour. Once everything has been reset and verified that the zone is working properly, we'll follow back up. Thanks for your patience as we work on this.
