Seriously? Because it's a MMO.
MMO does NOT mean grouping. It ONLY means there are multiple players in the game world at the same time.

Speak for yourself, GH gets stale for me in about 20 minutes. Does your performance degrade when you come to Vengeance? Mine does not, because I do not need to rely on outbuilding my opponent to win. Dear ZOS - Take Down The Servers
PC NA here.
Hey ZOS. I'm not sure if you noticed or not but the game has started to have all sort of persistent issues this year, ESPECICALLY since Update 49 went live. I and others have been experiencing increased instances of the game locking up and crashing resulting in Errors that prevent being able to log back into the game for an hour or more, rubberbanding, game freezes that last 30 seconds or more and when the game unfreezes our characters are either dead or nowhere near the location where we froze - sometimes both. Plus, there are a few new spots where we are getting dismounted where we were never dismounted before Update 49. I also noticed that when Update 49 went live ALL of my characters each lost one full (200) stack of lockpicks AND after the patch the beginning of April they also each lost a full (200) stack of Soul Gems.
So it is clear to me at least that the game needs some serious attention to fix all of these problems, especially if you expect me to ever spend money on this game again, ex. ESO+.
I suggest that since Season Zero ends in July - the height of Summer (in the Northern Hemisphere) when most people are OUTSIDE away from their electronic toys - that you take down the servers for a full one (168 hours) week or even two full (336 hours) weeks if necessary to fix ALL of these issues. I think it will show that you are serious about retaining players and that you understand that good stewardship of your property is necessary to keeping your business sound.
So, PLEASE, take down the servers and FIX these problems ALL AT ONCE instead of piecemeal like you're been. Clear the board of problems and start over with a new clean slate. July is the BEST time of year to do this as I expect that is the one time of year with the least number of players so the least number affected.
Think about it ZOS. You've got two and half months to make it happen which aught to be plenty of time.

Re: Removing Map Based Leads?
There are four major pain points associated with Antiquity Furnishings where the leads come from zone Treasure Chest Maps:
Subsequently, we suggest the following remedies:
- Leads are locked behind rare maps, which have a low drop rate, effectively double-locking such leads through "RNG nesting."
- Poor chance of getting desired leads due to low drop rates, artificial throttling of second and third leads, increased rarity for purple and gold leads, and a large pool of potential leads from the same source.
- Codex hurdle for buying additional Antiquities from the Achievement Vendor (when this hurdle does not exist for recreating Mythic gear)
- Antiquities that cannot be purchased from an Achievement Vendor, even when the requisite codex is complete.
Subsequently, we suggest the following remedies:
- Improve the drop-rate for rare maps from Unopened Maps, preferably by making the zone where maps are opened by a player the location for the map received.
- Increase the drop rate for Antiquity furnishing leads and remove the artificial throttling of leads for the second and third lead to drop.
- Eliminate the need for Codex completion and allow Antiquity furnishings to be purchased after the first successful acquisition of any Antiquity furnishing.
- Add the green and blue quality Antiquities to the Achievement vendors for the zones where they can be excavated (i.e. West Weald, Solstice, Telvanni Peninsula and Apocrypha).

As a temporary solution, couldn't you just take the rewards and never see the popup again once completed? You know this won't be fixed any time soon, and from the words you're typing this is causing great distress.

Your third post on this thread prompted a temporary solution to take items you don't want which you can leave to rot in your collections as the notification will remain. Well, you either get the notification or you get the reward currently.
As a side note, make downvotes an option please ZOS.

My long-time ESO friend @fefvy was just hit with a permanent ban for no apparent reason. Today, he simply completed a dungeon and logged out; when he tried to return, he found his account disabled. He plays exclusively via GeForce Now, which completely rules out any malicious addon or third-party software issues.
We are talking about a veteran player with over 10,000 hours of playtime and nearly every achievement in the game. It is impossible to believe he would violate the Code of Conduct. To make matters worse, he is blocked from even opening a support ticket through the website. I was planning to return to ESO to try new battlepass system, but I won't be coming back until I see that your appeal and ban systems actually function fairly.

I like Storm Projection in Infinite Archive and always choose it. But what happens to the IA vision if Storm Projection is enabled for a sorcerer build. Maybe they could stack.
