Just for the sake of completeness: The item is trash, but they bring favor, at least. Not much in comparison with combat, but for some people who can't survive any fights on their own (which I read on these forums quite often) and need to sneak around all mobs, and can't or don't want to group, it's almost the only source (apart from some faction dailies that are non-combat, like that weird race). It's 600+ favor a day, at least. 5000 are needed for the bank. That's about a week of sneaking around.

If you only had to farm the keys etc once to unlock the dungeon/trial for the rest of the event I'd like the whole thing a lot better.

Three suggestions:
Add a visible player counter to the specific combat areas. Player houses show the number of players present, so the technical means already exist. So everyone entering a zone could see immediately if there are other people around and how many.
Add portals enabling fast travel between the rooftops of a zone (not only back to the plaza). That would also make it easier to overlook the zone and look out for active combat to join in.
Increase population cap.

Having a zone built around grouping up with others and having so many quests that cannot be shared is really frustrating.
I am standing next to a friend who has Argent Eradication, Brazen Eradication, and Representing the Faction. He cannot share any of those quests to me. I have the Keen Mind quest, and I cannot share it to him. We tried sharing quests in the Starlit Plaza, in the Parch, and in Vvardenfel. It is SO FRUSTRATING to have group content and not be able share the "sharable" group quests.
UPDATE: While still in a group with the friend with 3 faction quests, another of our friends logged on and joined the group for testing.. Friend with 3 quests was able to share 2 of their 3 to ANOTHER friend. Talk about ABSOLUTELY ENRAGING (at ZoS).

Each of the 3 ingredients drops for players of their chosen faction. You have to trade/buy the other 2 ingredients with other players.

I like both the WW masteries and the toggle. I just hope the werewolf is competitive and stays competitive.

I agree they may be bugged. The heat circles kept appearing and disappearing on my map too (no add ons) when I had multiple quests active. Not just doing the tracked quest highlighted, untracked non- highlighted - the circles disappeared entirely as I moused over them.
If it's not bugged, it's not a great design. I was right on top of one of the missing people and the marker didn't appear until I moved a little.

This was added years ago to Dragon Leap to fix situations where people could walk out of the area before it even hits. So while it is undocumented, it is not unintentional. It was an active decision that carried over into the rework.
I'm aware of when and why this was done. I'm of the opinion that if they can't make something work within the rules and limitations of their own game, it shouldn't be in the game. Why am I breaking cc, rolling immobilize, only to get immediately nailed too the floor again so I can be dog piled. The class rework could have been used to address this mechanic.
Going after Serpent's Disdain when Rush of Agony and Warden Charm exist in their current form is crazy work.
I brought up Serpent's Disdain because a similar set had recently been changed (Relequen), so it made sense.
There are a number of threads about Rush of Agony and Warden charm, but please feel free to make more.
There is room for discussion on more than one item set.
Serpents Disdain isn't the reason for the power creep in status effects.

While I think most criticism towards night market is unjustified, this one is a real problem. Why make a zone like this and limit the player amount so hard? When in an instance solo you never know IF there are enough players in it and WHERE they are. There should at least be indicators for EVERY boss (not only main one and skirmish) if it's being attacked. But generally I think 36 players (if thats true) is way too low for a whole instance.

36 is really low. Thats just 3 groups. 1 for each district.
And the plaza also belongs to the zone, so if you have people running around there, looking at the merchants, talking to npcs, reading lorebooks, etc, those are also missing in the combat zone.
I suspect 36 players as a cap might have been chosen exactly with that in mind: One group each per district, so groups don't bother each other. The problem is that people come in solo or in all kinds of group sizes, seperately from each other, and don't nicely enter the different areas according to some imaginary plan.
There's not even an indicator how many people already are in a specific zone. Maybe they could change that, too? In player houses there is a line of text that shows how many people currently are present, so there's clearly a way to track and display that already.
