All blue ever does in this camp is 3rd party fights between yellow and red, I’d imagine that’s a big factor in why DC has a low pop and consistently loses. Pugs on DC are almost nonexistent and yalls ball groups rarely add to the objective of the map. It’s been really boring lately fighting DC, they just stand outside of Nickel without sieging, like what is the point.. yalls best PvPers are always just trying to kill yellow pugs at Sej without owning Nik or bleaks. I would imagine if the die hard blue PvPers would actually siege and play the map, the pugs would get better and more and more would show up. But right now, they aren’t following the X’ers all the way to Sej from Rayles.
Yep happens a lot, we trying to defend our last keep and there's blues on the other side of map being useless. Not to mention that when we try to take a keep, out of 30 blue only 1 or 2 people are using siege the rest are leeching.

Each server is different of course. Many guilds left DC on mine and many good players as well. I suspect it is because the only guy we have that runs groups much anymore has become toxic and abusive to others in zone chat and they were happy to change alliances so they could bag him.

PS NA has been the same way for a couple of months too. One bar population is not worth logging in when both AD and EP are hitting DC constantly.

While I would not say no to links to the relevant articles in the Announcements, you can get a lot of important information (Tomes/endeavors/Daily Login rewards included) in the news on the official ESO website.
My impression is most do neither, and either ask friends/zone/guild chat, or just don't bother, and may never find out about the changes.
Since I tend to keep up on patch notes and articles, I spend a fair amount of time in game and in discord keeping folks up-to-date. Honestly, it's one of the reasons I have a keyboard on my playstation.
Some days I like it, because it makes me feel useful. Some days (like today) I resent it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you play three hours a month the subscription fee is a bargain compared to almost any other entertainment out there. Can't catch a decent movie for the price unless you sneak in your snacks and you're pretty much doing Putt-Putt golf solo if that's where you spend your money. Maybe you can get three domestic beers if you don't tip?

Some high-DPS players die easily in PUGs, mainly because PUGs "lack clearing mechanisms." These high-DPS players actively try to manage these mechanisms but don't receive the attention they deserve, such as from healers, leading to their deaths.
I've seen too many high-DPS players in VDSR PUGs die trying to handle the first boss's mechanics, such as temporarily taking the circle, while other low-DPS players just stand there foolishly.
Furthermore, if the tank doesn't draw all aggro, players with high area-of-effect (AoE) damage can easily die, while those who don't deal damage but wander around can survive because they have almost no AoE damage and therefore don't attract the monsters' attention.

Ive never run with gaming council so im not gonna judge theyre toxicity level, but for those who had bad experience with them, they arent the only game in town by a longshot. I suggest starting with For the Clear (pc-na) they're a huge vet beginner friendly server/guild and have become a central hub of sorts for tons of other raid guilds, both beginner and advanced. Get on discord and check them out. Idk how to dm on here but I can send server invites. Not guild though, im not in the in-game guild. They're one of the places I got my start.
Re: Revamping Werewolf: Buffs Needed to Compete in the Current Meta
Pounce: This ability is expensive and buggy. The Brutal Carnage DoT often fails to activate, forcing you to waste stamina recasting it. It costs 8k stamina for both parts—way too much for unreliable damage.
If you look at the tooltip of Pounce when it turns into Carnage, you'll see that the cost to cast Carnage is exactly half the normal cost of Pounce. So, it'd cost 12k Stamina to cast Pounce+Carnage, which takes up two global cooldowns.
Aside from that, I think your post is really well thought out and well written! I like many of the ideas discussed here. While I have many of my own ideas for how to help Werewolf, I think my top three would be:
- A Scribing skill for the Werewolf skill line. Not only would this be the 6th active ability that Werewolf gets to pick from (increasing build diversity) but this would allow Werewolf to apply buffs/debuffs and other effects they couldn't normally do before. Plus this would likely let Werewolf use Class Mastery, and there are a handful of useful ones for use in Werewolf form.
- The ability to sneak. Several sets require crouching, including the Sentry set. Lots of PvE content requires sneaking, and sneaking would be helpful in PvP as well. There's already animations for werewolf sneaking, and there's precedent for werewolves sneaking both in ESO and in previous TES games.
- The ability to crossheal allies. I'd prefer if Hircine's Fortitude could crossheal, but I'd accept if a Werewolf Grimoire could be scribed to heal others. There's some degree of support for damage dealing and tanking while in Werewolf form, but it's impossible to heal others while transformed without sets — crosshealing is imperative in PvP content, and it'd be nice to be able to heal others in PvE content as well.

You will see more zones added to the map overtime. With all of the changes and trying out the event zone, it was not realistic to have a zone added this year.
