When will PVP Arenas be in game?

I'm talking about the quests in Cheydinhal, Bruma, Cropsford, Vlastrus, and Chorrol.

I've not explored Cyrodiil all that much. I have been waiting for XP boosts, leveling alts to 50 ready to head in. I think I did a quest to deliver a letter once. I didn't know there were more daily quests though. I will have a better look. Hopefully, fingers crossed they will add the XP boost tomorrow with this new patch. That will boost my interest in Cyrodiil a lot.

There are several quests outside the bounty boards. I think there are about 5 "towns" with daily quest hubs in them. I find small scale stuff all the time when I run out there to occasionally do a few quests in an effort to speed up leveling a new skill.

This game isn't just an MMO. Its an Elder Scrolls Game. Arenas and Dueling are true to the IP.

So is flying, dragons, spellcrafting, thieves guild, assassins guild, poisons, dwarves, shadowmere I can probably keep going.

I think these points are more important than the arena lore.

I can't agree with that. Dragons yes, maybe one boss but nothing more. But flying!

I'd rather call it Levitation, a spell that was very heavy on magic, But what a spell!

This should be brought back for sure. I'd like to see a new skill line for each magic school. One of the Alteration skills should be Levitation. I would suggest a magic cost per second and a % chance to be undone when attacked.

This is RvR pvp , You should have read game details BEFORE playing it.
This will ruin the game .
Bullys and selfish persons will whine over and over again.
PVE will be affected
RvR will be affected
Dev's will focused on your EGO thing and ALL OTHER STUFF will be affected.

Take your EGO and GO BACK TO WOW !

Implying the option to use instanced arenas will take people out of cyrodiil....

More options is better. You do know some people dont even PVP at all...arenas could introduce them to pvp and they may start to go into cyrodiil.

The people against it aren't debating with logic, they are just blind bashing and throwing out insults while their closed mind can only contemplate one implementation of an arena system.

If ESO wants to be the PvP MMO, then it needs organized small scale PvP to hold interest (subs) in the long run.

No it doesn't. If youre going to claim others aren't using logic. How about you try using it yourself.

Every game with Arena style PvP has fallen to the same old and tired problem of balance. They end up bogged down by what PvP players, with agendas, are telling them needs to happen to balance things better. Only to come back after updates to tell them to change it again.

All the while PvE ends up taking the brunt of it with all sorts of changes that wildly effects their builds and playstyles...All of which originally fell comfortably into the Class they played.

There is no need for an Arena for PvP when theres a Region bigger then all other regions completely dedicated to PvP.

As for there needing to be a 'long term' pull to PvP. There hasn't been a major drop off in subs that has wildly effected the Pops in the Campaigns whatsoever. They've held steady. Had PvP being really boring or yielded nothing interesting. Those PvP Centric Clans would of picked up and went home at the end of last month.

I don't get some of these points.

Things are getting nerfed even without small scale PvP.

Activity in all but one or two AvA campaigns has dropped so even without other PvP options peeps are eother no longer interested or unsubbed.

The rewards from small scale PvP can be made to be less than AvA to encourage players into AvA while still having more PvP content.

Think about it before you write something down... it would be the never ending demanding nerf battle for PvP with the current system.. and do you know why... there is pretty much so many unique ways of making a character outstand completely that it would be next to impossible to balance it all out simple.

Look at WoW and SWToR... all the classes and advanced classes only has one ways of putting them together with a very limited amount of being able to be extremely diverse... in TESO... yes you can be a nightblade... but you can chose so many ways of being one it would make it impossible to balance it for small time competetion... and people would cry nerfs all the time, hopefully the devs realize this with the skill point system we are using compared to the system in the other MMOs.

Ask for more stuff to do in cyrodiil would be better actually... eg. for mentioning something crazy making a tunnel under a keep for sneaking inside that way or some kind of trojan horse system... maybe even disguises... to make it more innovative instead.... nothing better than let us say 10 stealthy night blades taking out 10 targets causing havoc inside.
