Most of the people who'd benefit from this are PvPers who just genuinely don't like PVE. I think the people who like PvE generally don't have a problem doing them. And anything that removes people with less than 10k dps out of vet queue and also raises the damage of the general playerbase above 5, FIVE, k I support.
My first reaction was no, since there should be something rewarding for doing vet dungeons.
But then when i thought about it, what do I care if someone who struggles with difficult content has a monster helm or not? it's no skin off my nose and if that makes the game more enjoyable to you, then awesome.
This game is the least gear orientated mmo i've ever played. Having or not having a specific set of gear isn't going to change much for anyone.
Sure, put monster helms in normal dungeons.

Make the vets happy! Start dropping Golden Improved helms then you can have your blue helms.

Motifs and style pages are quite good business imho. The only thing I would change is to increase motif drop chances from 1 keys coffers.

Because they are to difficult (gear/class/skill restriction), majority of their player refuse to do it because they are stressful and time costing.
Game is for fun. Everytime I finished a dlc vet dungeon. I dont feel a single sensation of joy and success. All I can feel is relieved and I dont want to play them again.

DId op say anything about being a pvper? DO you realize that getting Grand Overlord has been made waaaaaay easier? or the skill line realignments done to the alliance skill line to make it easier for pvers? You bring up pvers being forced to go into the city for tickets but neglect to mention that every other event pvpers are "forced" to get tix in pvp land...oh and leads...gear...arena weapons..monster sets....should I stop here? Should I say more? Sorry your tank was destroyed though....my pve toons, including my tank , have managed to adapt over the last half decade plus of changes though

I as a tank got few times good PvP players as DD's in vet dlc. They werent the best but still pulled 40k group dps and do all mechs and didnt die. If player is good in PvP then he wont have too much problems with vet dungeons if he just try. But i got bad PvP players too. They did almost no dmg on bosses, on trash they broke my stack using DC and they were like "you should be happy that u can carry me cus, im a PvP player. Im better than u pve monkey."
So its just life. U get nice person and it will be okay even if he isnt the best. U get toxic person they everything will be harded and it doesnt matter if he is PvP or PvE player.

Not really. 100000 gold is an equivalent of 7 writs done 20 times and 200000 AP would take you 3-4 hours on Cyro or BG.
Running a vet dung with good team sometimes take less time than normal with pugs that have no idea what to do.
You can be level 2 and do writs, and they even set it so that it automatically selects the item you need so you don't even need to do that. You have to actually play the game to do a normal
You can pass any normal dung by pressing two buttons, but i have no idea where are you going.
Monster sets should be a prize for vet run only and Carthago... ^^
You have to play mechanics and do more work for a normal dungeon than a writ. Objectively.
