It's not the 17th helm, they are making 17 more helmets to be added to the normal dungeons that are getting their veteran versions this patch

Yes, but there are currently only 16 normal dungeons.
5 in each alliance plus one in Coldharbor.
They keep saying 17 which leads us to believe one of the current normal dungeons without a veteran version might get a sequel.

You can do three Undaunted pledges per day which means (if you do the hard mode for each) six keys every single day and six helms. However, the chests you open are SEPARATE. Basically if you want a Molag Kena shoulder, you only open the "DLC" chest with your keys and only DLC monster shoulders drop out of that chest. This allows you to focus on the particular set you want a bit more.
There are 30 new sets that drop in the main zones, three per zone. They have repurposed/redesigned some existing sets and added them too but it is 30 new + a few repurposed old stuff. The starter zone of each Alliance (such as Bleakrock/Bal Foyen) only drop ONE set and that set has max health/stam/magicka bonuses plus ONLY drops in training trait to help players move forward in their gameplay.
Duelling can be done ANYWHERE in the overworld, yes that includes the middle of Mournhold. There is more info (some of it very juicy, I promise) being revealed at PAX by Wheeler.. Duelling includes all Cyrodiil restrictions i.e. you still gain the battle spirit debuff when duelling.
Some sets have been moved, such as Viper set drops in Fungal Grotto instead.
Lastly (that I can think of) U12 comes to PTS in the first or second week of September for an October release.

When you start a duel battle spirt will be activated on your character.No PVe isn't being nerfed. So basically the pvpers/duelers are going to be able to spam aoe spells everywhere, slow the game to a slideshow in the middle of Mournhold, and grief the crap out of players who want to go the bank, crafting stations, enchanter, alchemist, dye station and the merchant kiosks. Any info about how they are going to keep this from happening?
Any more information about the crafting aspect? How the materials are going to work?
Well atlest update 12 look alot better then update 11 are just hope we get some content as well in update 12 that is more then the 2 dungeon we got in update 11 ^^ and by new content i dont mean "reuse, revamp, update" dungeons

No extra content in update12? u got a whopping 16 new dungeons and a whole zone revamped (craglorn) and u get dueling in pve zones. Plus all the basegamechanges with one tamriel being the best thing that happened since launch of this game. Still i would like a complete update without any extra content at all just total focus on fixing all the bugs, lagg, exploits out there. Hope they do that in update13.

If its the latter, then all duels will use the champion system. Just saying. Unless you can duel in Azuras, the champion system will be a huge factor in dueling.

Dont get me wrong, I am excited about them, but this is something that should have been in the game from the very get go.
Good lord, relax. You can say this literally about any little pet feature than someone might want. They are doing wonderful work with this game.

Veteran Vaults of Madness - how crazily and unbelievably does it sound? I've been waiting for this for ages and my dreams will eventually come true... I think that vWGT will have to give the crown to vVoM as my the most favourite dungeon in the game
