Update 12 Breaking News

Can confirm from a Periscope I just watched from someone streaming Lambert's presentation at Gamescom that Update 12 will bring a new CP Cap (561), Weapon Ultimates (2 morphs per, as usual), and wait for it...DUELING! You'll be able to duel anyone outside of Cyrodiil. They're also overhauling Craglorn, the Pledge system, and the dungeons. Dungeons will ALL now have a Vet mode so this means there will also be 17 new Monster Masks. Update 12 will be out in October and will be live for testing on PTS in 2-3 weeks. I am so sick of cp. If the cp cap keeps increasing like this, pve content is going to be stupid easy and pvp duels will never end.

I'm not going to be happy if there is no AP gained for winning duels. If not AP, there needs to be SOME tangible reward.

I am no longer doing PVE because can not use those..

Yeah, would be interesting if you could make an AP wager prior to the duel commencing. It shouldn't be up to the devs to reward the victors. Should be up to the users, who plan on using the function, to provide the reward...imo.

duels are used mainly to test damage/skills on players etc, not to thump your chest and scream your the best ever now reward me. i hear theres ap farms i mean "duels" in IC you can get in on to feed your ego with

There should be no reward for duels. Gamble gold or items if you need to win something.

Yes; overworld, not instances such as dungeons and trails if I understood Rich correctly.

You could bet gold, motifs, consumables and crafting materials in duels which is way better then winning ap imo.

I can agree it shouldn't give AP but it should give tokens for gear you can use in 1v1 and other other goodies. plus other people should be allowed to gamble on matches.

Should do 1v1 arena bases on cp, have a que system, with leader board. Or even a fight club, where others can come watch the blood bath. I love sitting back and watching others duel it while sitting deep in the bush.

One Tamriel comes with Update 12, there is NO 'new' content as far as zones... although Craglorn being completely redesigned could be considered somewhat new.
