ZOS, you really, really need to get your acts together already.
You need to tell a certain AD skeleton impulse group to cut the crap.
For about 1/3 of the day, all populations are locked, AD can do nothing without another side pushing the same direction as them, whether it be EP or DC, doesn't matter. 1/6 of the day after prime-time US and 1/6 before, 3 bars AD 2 bars EP/DC. The other 1/3 of the day, during oceanic, 2 sometimes 3 bars AD, 1 bar EP/DC.
From what I've heard each pop bar is 75 population or less.
It all makes sense now. I don't think anyone is particularly angry with you, just trying to figure out if we're being trolled or communicate our shock at your ignorance. PvP'ing a few times a month would point to the latter.

I have all those things too, the hate in this thread is that your faction will always win, because of population in the hours you don't play. I'd love to see when the map has been red, though I could see blue, during triple locked primetime.

Yes, I felt that I was being "hated" against simply because I was AD which, as I've explained before, I was since pre-release before any of this imbalance began (and I'm not implicitly acknowledging that there is any significant imbalance because there certainly is not during "triple locked primetime" and I am not around to observe for myself during other times and I learned long ago not to trust much of anything anyone says online). Call it "cyber-prejudice" if you will.
And anyone, and I do mean anyone, who chooses to lash out, make fallacious arguments, exaggerate beyond all reason, be insulting and/or inflammatory, or otherwise "troll" me will always get from me a relentless response. I think this thread proves that. No excuse for bullying on the forums and I strongly encourage anyone else who feels the same to act in a similar manner; it's the only way to bring people in line.

You know what? No, I won't. I'll wait to see if/when ZOS allows us to change faction without having to slog/grind our way back to VR14. If they do, then I will gladly switch factions. In the mean time, I will continue to go AD and kick all your arses with our supposedly overwhelming (some say triple everyone else) numbers during "triple pop lock" times (which is when I PvP) and I will think of you, and smile, and if I find your corpse on the battlefield, I'll rake you just for kicks.

Pretty much, and what the OP is forgetting in his proposal is that he is part of the most heavily populated faction. So his division of the factions just makes two servers where AD wins, and more than likely even easier... because the opposing factions that are 1-2 bars at most 12 hours a day on Thorn... are now halved.
Who wants to play when if you log on your faction has 20 people total on vs 75+ AD? Not a soul, more ppl would quit and eventually turn cyrodil into a 1 day event for AD, followed by endless scout enemy keep quests to get tier 3.
The most reasonable fix for your issue with long queues is to re-roll.
Forcing people to reroll to balance will make tons of people quit.
. To many are people are attached to guilds and friends ... This solution will kill my medium size guild.. Allowing us to switch to red and blue would be the best solution... After you have completed the oposing realms quest in the VR level we should be able to switch sides for an extended time...
If you know the leveling spots, you can easily be vr14 in 5 days. Easy, maybe even less if you don't have much on your plate outside of the game.
Do you enjoy fighting two factions who aren't poplocked? Yes? Then rerolling is not for you. Move on, nothing to see here.

And frankly, for the health of the game, it's better if the AD players quit if they don't reroll.
Isn't is awful that its reached that state?
It shouldn't be at this point, but it is. ZOS should step in and implement some sort of gentle population control mechanic.
They haven't, and if history is any indicator, by the time they do it will be too late.
That AD players have to either reroll, quit, or not participate in PVP to make it healthier sucks. I agree.
Them's the breaks. It does suck, and there's not a thing about it sucking that changes that it must be done to keep the game alive and healthy.

Suffer the loss of investment into this game, then.
Suffer the cost of investing into a new game - financially and time wise.
Suffer the loss of the game when it closes.
If many, many AD cannot be bothered to reroll because:
1. It's too haaaaard.
2. It's too booooooorrring
3. I like the faction mooooooooore
4. I have other trivial reasoooooons
5. Or anything else, really
Then the PVP in this game will die like all the other campaigns have died. The PVP population is a fraction of what it used to be, and it's getting smaller with each patch.
We're already suffering through the sheer incompetence on the technical side of things thanks to ZOS. Adding the population imbalance into it and the ridiculous faction stacking of AD only exacerbates it.

Right. Asking a bunch of AD to re-roll, join a different faction, and spend a minimum (supposedly) of 30 hours to grind to VR14 is about as preposterous as asking DC/EP to take responsibility for their own problems and do what it takes to defend their own keeps -- stay up later, get online earlier, keep tabs on their keeps, and jump in and defend them as necessary (assuming preserving their territory really does matter to them). Say, there's an idea. After all, EP/DC aren't a bunch of "fee fees getting hurt" (whatever a "fee fee" is; I'm sure that was meant as an insinuated insult).

Your proposals are utterly ridiculous.
I am asking that AD spend time they are already spending on the game rerolling their characters. Why? Because the game needs it to survive.
You are asking EP/DC to cut short on RL activities that are necessary for day to day function to play a video game longer to make up for population imbalances.
a) Already tried. Not enough AD/DC can make the commitment to matter.
b) RL comes first. I'm not losing any more sleep than I need to over this, nor am I taking time out of my work schedule (because that's when a lot of this stuff happens, when people are at work/school).
You really have no inkling of what's actually happening, do you?

I did say it was preposterous.
But if you don't agree that it's preposterous and if it matters to you so much, fix your own problems. It's within your faction's powerful do so and your success might even attract new players to your side. But if it's too inconvenient for you, then don't or hope that ZOS will fix them for you.
