I took a break a while back, and when I came back the animations were buggered... I swear they all worked correctly years(?) ago.. what happened?

Haha yeah this ^
There are some egregious goblin 'sploits, I daresay the sole reason those types of items were banished from the land.

I only noticed bugs when light and heavy attacks didn't show if I was wearing goblin disguise. It was weird and funny - I wouldn't call it useful though cause it seriously messed up my feeling of combat and light attacks weaving. I could live with it. Bugs with mount animations were amazing and hilarious, I loved them so much They made riding - especially in Cyrodiil - actually enjoyable experience. When they fixed it, riding became boring again
Game should be fun, and I actually giggled and smiled everytime I had to ride somewhere or watched other goblins do it. It was awesome...
Obligatory objection ... You only want to hide in amongst goblins and gank players with out staying in stealth
Wouldn’t that be something if goblins wouldn’t attack other goblin poly’d Players.Obligatory objection ... You only want to hide in amongst goblins and gank players with out staying in stealth

I mean, sure, they are primitive, but so are reachmen and some orc tribes. They do have language, magic and their own crafting style...
Sure they are quite despised pretty much everywhere (except Telvanni and Dres lands, since they still practice slavery), but no moreso then a covenant race would be in the pact lands from Bleackrock to Stonefalls, or Eastmarch, or a dominion race in Shadowfen, or an Imperial in Bangkorai and Reapers March...
And quite clearly, some people would enjoy roleplaying as gobbo, and might spend good crowns on this (I myself have an alt I would have go goblin if the option existed...)
