5pc Stygian (Google Marloweath's Torment), 5pc Clever Alchemist, 2 1pc max magicka sets. Inferno heavy attack from stealth should hit for 15-19k+3k flame enchant, followed by 6k Swallow Soul.

Will a non-sharpened stygian staff work? Both sharpened and precise are out of my budget right now.

You could just grind it tbh, you're bound to get it at some point.

@arkansas_ESO you reckon a dark elf would do better than my breton? Seeing how then most of the damage comes from the fire destro and enchant.

So is there anyway to differentiate between BSW, Alchemist, and weapon damage glyph procs on console right now?

I'd say dark elf's better but I haven't done the math--my magic chars are usually dark elves so I don't know the difference, lol. I don't think the damage difference is large enough to warrant buying a race change token or leveling another character, though, especially if you're as lazy as I am.
