✭✭✭✭The damage from sorc is just well now.
The problem of sorc is the defensive shield STACKING (Harness/Dampen + Hardened) ability.
Make harness and Dampen non stackable and it will be fine, a shield size buff in underpowered light armor could balance de thing even more.
The stack is strong, but it only lasts for 3-4 seconds tops, about as long as dodge roll.
A light armor shield buff would have to be pretty significant, eliminating stacking would wreck healing ward, and the cost/duration would have to go up for that to work.
False, I spoke about the annulment and hardened shield stack, not about healing ward. It can be do easaly with a major and minor system.
The cost/duration is fine, I'm playing one shield hardened ward for mounths, and my defensive side is just BALANCED.
There is no reason sorc can be unkillable by staking 3 shields (and regen magicka with harness) if not enough people don't DPS him.
Sorc now deal nice damage, defensive side shouldn't be that high.
Light armor and sorc shield stacking NEED to go.
One shield is only 'balanced' if you're running some insane 55K max magicka build. For the rest of us with more balanced Magicka and stam, it doesn't work. The burst is too high in the game, and usually blows off one shield in no time.
It doesn't "need to go" any more than blocking and dodge rolling.
