You paid for those items.
If you own ESO plus subscription and/or frequently buying crown packs, you are paying even more.
This isn't a F2P game(yet).
We are entitled to have access to the game.
Also, the servers have to be stable.

I was feeling pretty smug too. A work colleague noticed the extended outage and sent me a text with just the words "Lol rip"mumbling-midget wrote: »Sorry folks, it's my fault. Was feeling a little too smug at actually having a Monday off work....
Where does all the anger come from, what is it that makes people get so aggressive over games ?.
Where does all the anger come from, what is it that makes people get so aggressive over games ?.
I have seen some comments ingame over lost time, but that doesn't make much sense as they were just playing a game in the first place. So what else is there ?, the feeling of ownership maybe ?, or some sort of entitlement ?. I would really like to know, so please feel free to tell me.

There's a reason we've taken to not updating some of our managed switches where I work, if they ain't broken, don't fix them. The number of times I've updated a firmware on something like a switch and something critical has gone wrong is insane really.
We just don't do it anymore unless we have a security issue or problem that needs fixing and we know it's in the new firmware.

I agree with you @capuchinseven "dont try to fix if it aint broken" is also true for heavy machinery or heck everything.
I hope the fix turns out to be stable and not too late.
