You're lucky. My entire evening has been downtime. Man I'm glad this happened on a Monday when I actually get a chance to play for a couple of hours together... No. Really.

There's a reason we've taken to not updating some of our managed switches where I work, if they ain't broken, don't fix them. The number of times I've updated a firmware on something like a switch and something critical has gone wrong is insane really.
We just don't do it anymore unless we have a security issue or problem that needs fixing and we know it's in the new firmware.

The day will come when their crappy programming backfires at Zos and causes problems overhelming them. We'd be looking at a few days maintenance in such scenario.
