EU server constant rolebacks

BlueViolet✭✭✭✭✭I can't even get in any more. I get to char select, choose a character, get a long load screen, then it appears as if the game will load, but I get another load screen instead and then get kicked back to character screen.
This is happening on EU.
Edit - I can get into the game on NA, and have only been rolled back once so far.
Edit 2- make that twice now.

and on the other end,in that very rare occasion that things really work better after a scheduled maintenance that didnt took to long they get a bonus.1 -

So when I pay for riding lessons it gets rolled back, lesson & gold.... but when I mail a friend a bunch of munies he keeps the mail and even though I get rolled back to the physical location I started from when I sent the mail, I do not get my cash replenished in my inventory!
