Modern Day Bretons: Man or Mer ? ---> found at coord x46 y41 as above indicated by Holger30.
Investigator Vale and the Darkmasts ---> it's a random bookshelf book
I found lot of books following the clues in this link

@GeneralEU did you find Note to Cynric somewhere after quest ???

The Final Dream of Kasorayn was this inconspicuous rock in Ivyhame during the mainquest.

The map inside Ivyhame is unaccessible after quest. Zos said that all Firesong books are accessible after quest.
How can I go and get that book after quest ? How can I read "Final Dream of Kasorayn" if I completed the main quest without finding it ?
Here are the words:
@ZOS_GinaBruno
@ZOS_Kevin
@ZOS_Bill
Please give us an answer, thanks
Thanks to @Marcelovski i get The Final Dream of Kasorayn
But I wonder where the book "The Dream of Kasorayn" was.

Marcelovski wrote: »Technically you can still enter Ivyhame without the quest if you port on someone in there. I have a char on PC/EU stationed there, so I could try to help you out with that. Just write a mail ingame.
(But yes i agree, there should be an easier way of obtaining it since it was really easy to miss.)

Did you finish the relevant quest on that character?

I did, yes. I've also maxed out Isobel in terms of rapport and level. I've rebooted the game, refreshed my UI too
