The location for By the Command of the Ascendant Order doesn’t have anything for me, not sure why.

Does anyone know if there are PQ locations for Dirge of the Stormy Seas, jib’s notes, Knight Ondrisse’s Orders, Knight Richel’s Orders, Letter to Aurelia Jorvel, Letter to Dockmaster Arnauld, and Prisoner Manifest? they currently aren’t available but I know I read some of these in quest so they may just be bugged.

Also, does anyone know if the Cyrodiil quest page Letter to Belya is bugged? I find the body but there’s no letter to start the quest. Also is Dominion Military Recruitment available outside of the AD area?

I was there after quest and not no longer there.

The quest is repeatable. First time it did not appear for me also. There only where a lot of crabs around but no dead bodies and no note. Looks like this is kind of random every day, since i also had one spot perfectly fine first try but poisoned water second try.

This is just devastating. Along with all the other lorebooks you aren't always aware of until it's too late to collect them.

yeah it seems not repeatable and seems indeed lost if you saw the crabs and not the dead bodies yesterday (which seemed to be random).
i cant believe they do this mistake over and over again

This morning I opened a ticket. Yesterday i left the quest 7 times to be able to read the book and in the end i thought it was a prologue book put in the wrong category and i handed in the quest.

I got a group of crabs and the book wasn't there. Didn't know other people saw something different. That is weird.
