This isnt the place so Im not going to get into a full blown arguement over this. Male body hair is a direct result of testosterone. The more testosterone you have the hairier the man. The more testosterone the man has the more of the testosterone derivative dihydrotestosterone will have. DHT causes hair to regress and die.

Here's my newest Dark Elf, he'll be a magic based vampire dk once I get around to levelling him, don't be afraid to up the maturity as dark elf tend to look feminine when young, go for heroic/hard angular features, I chose the Geralt of Rivia type hairstyle with matching facial hair which I think suits him.
I went with a darker skin tone to see if it has much of an effect on the palor caused by the vampiric curse, hopefully he won't look like angry smurf.

Hair is a complex and often paradoxical expression of many different genes.
Testosterone has a normal healthy range. T level is not a min/max stat.

Well my dad/granddad all have tons of body hair... yet they have not gone bald even my mother who survived 4 years of chemo ... I think it has to do with genetics and partly race... I honestly see more bald Caucasian men than latin or of spanish decent men.
