I admit I am not sure about manliest, but... I kinda feel that it goes hand in hand... I find it brilliant that we can shape so many different kinds of bodies...

Ah... I've never watched Game of Thrones, so any similarities are coincidental.

So to help OP a little bit for real, I recommend going for features that are more "square" than sleek or curved. It really depends on the kind of dude you're looking to make, but if you do an image search for "manly guy" you're likely to get a good representation of what an average person in your culture considers a masculine look. I don't recommend searching just for "manly" because you'll get mostly pictures of Manly, Australia, nor do I recommend searching for Manly Man because that's a meme and you're mostly going to get image macros.
So for me, searching for "manly guy" produces guys with many similar features! They almost all have some kind of facial hair, they are all very muscular (ranging from bulky to thin, but either way lots of definition), many have broader noses, squarer jaws, wider chins, and deep-set eyes. Try leaning towards "Heroic on the face-triangle maker (definitely don't be too near the "Soft"), get at least middle on Jaw Size and Chin Size, go for a large Neck Size, set Eyebrow Depth to max, that sort of thing. When it comes to body dimensions, lean more towards Muscular or Large.
Try some of that and see if it helps!
I haven't shaved since I left the Military.... that was 15 years ago. lol now that I think about it, I have box of brand new razors still in my hygiene kit that is about 15-16 years old.
